The method of hernioplasty, including suturing the hernia gate through the skin by submersible interrupted sutures, ligating with a needle injected along the edge of the hernial defect into the abdominal cavity and re-injecting it into the opposite edge of the hernial defect and leading the ligature out under the control of a laparoscope, characterized in that it additionally introduces a troar instrument through a puncture at a distance of 10-20 cm from the edge of the hernial gate from the same side with respect to the hernial defect as the laparoscope, the end of the ligature is fed into the abdominal cavity through a hollow straight needle and hold with endo-clamp supplied through the instrumental trocar, the distal end of the needle is removed into the subcutaneous tissue, the needle is passed through the subcutaneous tissue, bypassing the hernial sac and the needle is inserted into the opposite edge of the hernia, the loop is held into the needle, the end of the ligature is held into the endo-clamp loop and remove the loop with the ligature, the needle is removed.
