Claims (10)
1. Электрохимическая тестирующая полоска, включающая в себя (a) реакционную зону, ограниченную противоположными рабочим электродом и электродом сравнения, разделенными с помощью разделительного слоя, причем, по меньшей мере, один из указанных первого и второго электродов имеет поверхность, модифицированную однородным модифицирующим поверхность слоем, выполненным из самособирающихся молекул, имеющих первую сульфгидрильную концевую группу и вторую сульфонатную концевую группу, причем указанные сульфгидрильная и сульфонатная концевые группы разделены соединительной группой низшего алкила, и (b) систему окислительно-восстановительного реагента, присутствующую в указанной реакционной зоне, причем указанная система окислительно-восстановительного реагента включает в себя, по меньшей мере, один фермент и медиатор.
2. Электрохимическая тестирующая полоска по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что, по меньшей мере, один из указанных электродов включает в себя металл, выбранный из группы, состоящей из золота, палладия, платины, серебра, иридия, углерода, легированного индием оксида олова и нержавеющей стали.
3. Электрохимическая тестирующая полоска по п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что самособирающиеся молекулы имеют формулу
HS-(СН2)n-SO3Y,
в которой n = 1 - 6;
Y представляет собой Н или катион.
4. Электрохимическая тестирующая полоска по любому из пп.1, 2 или 3, отличающаяся тем, что указанный, по меньшей мере, один фермент включает в себя окисляющий фермент.
5. Электрохимическая тестирующая полоска по п.4, отличающаяся тем, что указанный окисляющий фермент представляет собой фермент, окисляющий глюкозу.
6. Электрохимическая тестирующая полоска по любому из пп.1-5, отличающаяся тем, что указанная самособирающаяся молекула представляет собой 2-меркаптоэтансульфоновую кислоту или ее соль.
7. Электрохимическая тестирующая полоска по любому из пп.1-6, отличающаяся тем, что указанная реакционная зона имеет объем в диапазоне от около 0,1 до 10 мкл.
8. Способ определения концентрации анализируемого вещества в физиологическом образце, причем указанный способ включает в себя этапы, на которых (a) прикладывают указанный физиологический образец к электрохимической тестирующей полоске по любому из пп.1-7, (b) определяют электрический сигнал в указанной реакционной зоне с использованием указанных металлических электродов, и (c) соотносят указанный электрический сигнал с количеством указанного анализируемого вещества в указанном образце.
9. Способ по п.8, отличающийся тем, что указанное анализируемое вещество представляет собой глюкозу.
10. Набор для применения при определении концентрации анализируемого вещества в физиологическом образце, причем указанный набор включает (a) электрохимическую тестирующую полоску по любому из пп.1-7, и (b) по меньшей мере, один из: (i) средство для получения указанного физиологического образца, и (ii) стандарт анализируемого вещества.
