Claims (6)
a) контактирования ненейтрализованного полиэфирполиольного продукта с избытком кислоты, имеющей рКа меньше 5, при температуре 80-130oС,
b) контактирования реакционной смеси с водой при температуре 80-130oС, и
c) извлечения полиэфирполиола со слабым запахом,
где кислоту добавляют на стадии (а) в таком избытке, чтобы придать реакционной среде кислотность, достаточную для протекания реакции гидролиза на стадиях (а) и (b).1. A method of producing a low odor polyether polyol from a non-neutral polyether polyol starting material that is obtained by reacting a starting compound having a plurality of active hydrogen atoms with one or more alkylene oxides, this method comprising the steps of
a) contacting the non-neutralized polyether polyol product with an excess of acid having a pKa less than 5 at a temperature of 80-130 o C,
b) contacting the reaction mixture with water at a temperature of 80-130 o C, and
c) extraction of low odor polyether polyol,
where the acid is added at stage (a) in such an excess as to give the reaction medium an acidity sufficient for the hydrolysis reaction to take place at stages (a) and (b).
