Claims (1)

Надувная манжетка эндотрахеальной трубки, отличающаяся тем, что манжетка выполнена в виде отдельных герметичных секций, размещенных последовательно друг за другом на проксимальном конце эндотрахеальной трубки, и перфорированной оболочки, охватывающей все секции манжетки и прилегающий к ним с противоположного проксимальному концу участок эндотрахеальной трубки, причем манжетка снабжена катетером для подачи лекарственных средств к перфорированной оболочке и отдельными катетерами каждой герметичной секции манжетки для создания в них давления от необходимого для герметизации трахеи до необходимого для восстановления в ее стенке адекватного кровотока.An inflatable cuff of an endotracheal tube, characterized in that the cuff is made in the form of separate airtight sections placed sequentially one after another at the proximal end of the endotracheal tube, and a perforated shell covering all sections of the cuff and adjacent to them from the opposite proximal end section of the endotracheal tube, and the cuff equipped with a catheter for supplying drugs to the perforated shell and separate catheters of each sealed section of the cuff to create in of the required pressure to seal the tracheal up needed to restore the wall to its adequate blood flow.
