Изобретение относится к выделению биологически активных веществ из животного сырья, а именно к выделению гемоглобина из крови сельскохозяйственных животных. Препарат гемоглобина применяют в диагностических исследованиях, научно-исследовательских работах, а также в качестве красителя в производстве продуктов питания. The invention relates to the allocation of biologically active substances from animal raw materials, namely the selection of hemoglobin from the blood of farm animals. The hemoglobin preparation is used in diagnostic studies, scientific research, and also as a dye in food production.
Существующие способы [1-3] выделения гемоглобина из крови животных основаны на использовании в качестве осаждающих агентов сульфата аммония или ацетона. Даже незначительные примеси этих веществ в препарате гемоглобина, в случае использования его в качестве пищевой добавки, недопустимы и требуют тщательной и длительной очистки от них диализом или другими методами. Это приводит к значительным потерям гемоглобина и отрицательно сказывается на его физико-химических свойствах (снижается растворимость, разрушается тетрамерная структура, снижается общее содержание железа и увеличивается доля трехвалентного железа).
