Известны составы плирующих средств, содержащие в качестве основы различные воски, парафины, минеральные масла, кремнийорганические жидкости, растворители /1,2/. В качестве прототипа выбран "Автобальзам", который содержит следующие компоненты, мас. полиэтиленовый воск 3,5 скипидар 40 кремнийорганич.жидкость ПМС-200А 4,0 уайт-спирит 52,5. Задача решается тем, что состав, содержащий воскообразное вещество, органический растворитель и смесь кремнийорганических полимеров линейной структуры кремнийорганическую жидкость ДМС-200МА, содержит смесь твердых парафиновых углеводородов с углеводородами остаточного происхождения воск защитный ЗВП, в качестве растворителя лигроиновую или остаточную фракцию ректификации бензина или их смесь нефрас С 150-1200 и дополнительно содержит смесь дистиллятных и остаточных масел и индустриальное масло И-40А, при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас. защитный воск ЗВП 2,0-5,0; масло И-40А 24-30; кремний органическая жидкость ПМС-200А 4,0-5,0; нефрас С 150/200 60-70

Смесь готовят в реакторе с мешалкой и с обогревом при 80oС до полного растворения компонентов. Полученные смеси анализировались по методикам технических условий на "Автополироль защитный" и проверялись на соответствие нормам и требованиям на это же средство. Пример 1. Содержание воска ЗВП 3,5% ПМС-200А 5,0% Содержание растворителя изменялось в зависимости от содержания масла. Влияние концентрации масла И-40А в составе автополироля на его качество представлено в таблица N 1. С увеличением содержания масла до 24% полирующая /восстанавливающая/ способность возрастает до 100% Дальнейшее увеличение содержания масла не дает прироста этого показателя. Пример 2. Содержание воска ЗВП-3,5% ПМС-200А-5,0% масел и их влияния на качество автополироля. Наилучшие показатели у составов с рапсовым и индустриальным маслами, но учитывая то, что использование рапсового масла ограничено дефицитностью, а также повышенным пыленакоплением составов с ним, рекомендуется применять индустриальное масло. Пример 3. Содержание масла И-40А-24,0% ПМС-200А-5,0% Изменяя содержание воска ЗВМ, соответственно и количество растворителя и проверяли качество автополироля. Увеличение содержания воска ЗВП более 5,0 нецелесообразно, так как из-за более густой консистенции состава затрудняется его нанесение на обрабатываемую поверхность. Состав легко наносится на поверхность и формирует пленку, обладающую высокой водостойкостью, антикоррозионной стойкостью и хорошим блеском.
