Изобретение позвол ет повысить влагостойкость, механическую прочность и долговременную электрическую прочность при повышенной температуре за счет дополнительного содержани полифосфата аммони . Композици содержит, мае.ч.: эпоксидна дианова смола 95-100, полиэтиленполиамин 10-14, крезилглицидиловый эфир 15-25, молотый тальк 5-7, молота слюда 10-13, пигмент 1-2 и полифосфат аммони 9-11. 2 табл.FIELD OF THE INVENTION This invention relates to the production of casting compounds used for moisture protection of electronic products, for example, capacitors.
