Providing protective equipment for medical professionals, doctors and surgeons is an important component of any medical institution. Medical protection products are aimed at preventing the risk of infection during procedures through the biological environment.

Previously, it was possible to achieve sterility in medical institutions only with the help of sanitization, which took a lot of time and effort, now this task is solved much easier and faster. Until recently, it was almost impossible to guarantee protection from infection to medical workers. Now there are protective tools that allow you to solve this problem.

In particular, currently used sterilized products, equipped with reinforcing protection lining, made of moisture-proof material. This, for example, the product according to patent US 5461724, made of woven material and provided with protective equipment on the front part and sleeves, consisting of three layers that protect the user even in case of violation of the integrity of the outer layer. However, after each use of such a product, full sterilization is required, and the products themselves are expensive.

Another way to ensure protection is the use of disposable products, which have a number of positive characteristics and advantages. With the use of such products, complications after interventions can be avoided. At the same time, the time for disinfection procedures and washing is significantly reduced. It is enough just to replace them, and not to waste energy on leaving.

Such means, for example, include a medical device according to patent RU 2190942, made of nonwoven material, containing a one-piece front shelf and backing shelves with a through fastener on the back, right and left sleeves connected to the neck and between them. Non-woven material formed from a mixture of synthetic fibers and fibers with a cellulose content of at least 40% is used for its manufacture, with an average fiber length in the mixture of 10-50 mm in an amount of at least 50%, and the surface density of the nonwoven material is within 30 -80 g / m ² .

However, disposable products do not guarantee reliable protection. Their use is not always possible and economically feasible. Disposable products that provide the proper degree of protection are expensive. With a high capacity of medical institutions, their use requires significant expenses, which not everyone can afford.

Further progress is made by products with removable or tear-off linings located in the most dangerous critical parts of the products.

These include such as a product protected by a patent for a utility model RU 122023 U1, which is a protective overalls containing removable fragmentary inserts that are made of disposable nonwoven rectangular shape and are located on the wrist jumpers and fixed with clamps, as well as a barrier protective product of non-woven material for general and special purposes, consisting of interconnected parts, with parts in clothing that are subject to contamination and / or damage, are made of ogosloynymi, with the possibility of detachment from the surface of layered laminated package along the joint lines of the lines of weakness (useful model RU 239934 U1).

Another analogue of the presented reusable product is the product disclosed in publication FR 2773677 A1. It is a reusable product, stitched from woven material, has long sleeves and a buckle at the back and is equipped with a protective, removable and replaceable overlay on the front part. The lining joins the clothes with the help of split quick release fasteners in the shoulders and chest. This product also cannot fully meet all requirements. It is mainly used for patients, not medical workers - surgeons. There are no lining on the sleeves. A complete and reliable fit to the body parts is not ensured.

Being convenient and relatively cheap, all these products do not provide reliable protection, especially in the operating room when performing surgical operations, since they do not provide a snug fit to the surgeon's body parts. The plates have a shape and dimensions that do not correspond to the size and shape of potentially dangerous parts of clothing that are most exposed to biological materials.

More expensive products, such as a reusable surgical gown with fixed lining according to patent US 5461724, which can be considered the closest analogue, or a gown sold under the brand MATORAI (Poland), require gentle washing, drying and sterilization.

So, it requires washing at a temperature not exceeding 70 °, low spin turns, low drying temperatures. However, ironing, bleaching and any dry cleaning is prohibited. Sterilization is allowed with the use of gas - ethylene oxide, which significantly limits the use of such products in the conditions of medical institutions, because not each of them has the ability to organize sanitization in accordance with the requirements both directly on its territory and under contract conditions. This is especially true of ethylene oxide sterilization: there is not even a chamber for gas sterilization in every region of the Russian Federation, and in hospitals with rare exceptions they are completely absent.

Analysis of the known solutions in the field of protection of medical staff shows that there is a need to create affordable, cost-effective, convenient and providing complete reliable protection of medical personnel, and especially surgeons during surgical operations, means for mass use.

The technical result consists in providing affordable, reliable and complete, simple, convenient, time-consuming and cost-effective protection of reusable surgical products without the need to sterilize them using special expensive tools.

The differences of the utility model from the closest analogue are the following:

- fixing the pads on the sleeves and on the frontal part on the main part of the surgical product with the possibility of removal and the provision of the pads and products with clamps, while the product is equipped with counter parts of clamps,

- the lining on the frontal part has the shape and dimensions of the front part of the main part of the surgical product and the element being turned over for the neckline; the tabs of the overlay for the frontal part are located along the shoulder edges, on the waist edges and on the inner surface of the element being turned over for the neckline; neck element is made of elastic material to fit to the neck,

- the sleeves on the sleeves have a tubular shape, correspond in size and shape to the dimensions and shape of the sleeves and have cuffs and elements connected to them tucked for the bottom of the sleeves; clamps are located at the top around the linings on the inside and at the bottom of the sleeves , with the cuffs and the elements tucked under the bottom of the sleeves made of an elastic material to fit the wrists,

These differences, together with the implementation of the lining of sterile moisture-proof material provide complete and reliable protection of the most dangerous places of clothing and the body of the health worker from possible contamination in case of contact with biological materials. At the same time, the product is reusable and therefore more economical, does not require sterilization with inaccessible sterilization equipment, and the removal and replacement of the lining is done easily and quickly.

Surgical product (shown in Fig. 1) is a reusable product - a medical gown. In addition to the robe, it can be a jumpsuit or the top of a doctor’s or surgeon’s costume. The surgical product is a ready-to-use product and is supplied assembled as a finished product. After use, the main part of the product and the lining are processed separately. Additionally available lining kit for easy replacement.

The main part of the surgical product 1 (gown) is made of woven fabric. This material can be natural high-quality cotton and cotton with lycra, poplin or twill. Blended fabrics can be used, which are a combination of polyester and cotton fibers.

The robe has a main part with a back, frontal (front) part 2, long sleeves 3 and a fastener or several fasteners in the back (not shown). The main part of the surgical device 1 is equipped with protective plates 5, 6 in critical areas - on the sleeves and on the frontal part to protect against liquids and microorganisms. Pads 5, 6 serve to protect the most critical areas of surgeon's clothing (frontal and lower two thirds of sleeves) from getting wet when working with the release of biological fluids. In addition to the main function - to protect the health worker - the lining protects clothes from stains left with biological fluids, while maintaining the neat appearance of the gown, which is important for later use, since the visual perception of the appearance affects the mood of the staff and ultimately affects the results.

The pads on sleeves 6 and on the frontal part 5 are made of sterile moisture-proof material (rubberized material, oilcloth, multilayer material). Pads 5, 6 may consist of several layers so that in case of damage to the outer layer there is still protection from liquid and microorganisms. Pads 5, 6 are fixed on the product 1 with the possibility of removal and replacement if necessary. Covers are provided with latches 11-15. Bathrobe 1 is provided with mating parts of clamps 11-15.

The lining on the front part 5 has the shape and dimensions of the front part 2 of the main part of the product 1 and is provided with an element 7 that rolls over the neckline. The locking pins 11-12 and 15 of the lining on the front part 5 are located along the shoulder edges 16, at the waist edges 17 in the waist area and on the inner surface of the element 7 being turned over for the neckline.

Tuck over the neckline element 7 is made of elastic material to fit to the neck. When fixing the lining 5 to the robe, the elastic material of the element 7 is first stretched and then reduced. The same happens when putting on. Putting on the robe in this way is facilitated and simplified, and a snug fit to the neck is ensured.

Lining the sleeves 6 are tubular in shape (made in the form of sleeves). In size and shape, they correspond to the size and shape of the sleeves 3 (slightly larger, of such size as to ensure easy donning). The pads 6 have cuffs 18 and elements 8 tied with them for the bottom of the sleeves connected. Clamps 13-14 are located at the top around the pads 6 on their inner side and below on the inside of the sleeves of elements 8 tilted for the bottom, while the cuffs and taps for the bottom of the sleeves elements 8 are made of the same as the element being turned over by the neckline, of an elastic material and provide a snug fit to the wrists.

Mate clamps 11-15 are located on the main part of the product, on the inner sides of the neck and the bottom of the sleeves and on the outer side of the shoulder 9 and side seams 10 in the waist.

Moisture-proof protective pads 5, 6 are not embedded and are not sewn into the bathrobe, but are removable and disposable and are fixed on the product with the help of clamps 11-15. After the operation, the medical staff disconnects the clamps 11-15, and the used pads 5, 6 are disposed of with other disposable products used in health care facilities, or sent for sterilization. The gown is sent to the laundry and for further processing with the rest of the hospital linen. At the same time for its processing does not require special inaccessible sterilization equipment and specialized inaccessible services. For the treatment of products (bathrobes, overalls, costumes) the standard equipment available in any establishment is used - washing machines, ironing equipment, autoclaves.

Any types of fixings of overlays to a dressing gown can be used. The hinges are located in the area of the shoulder 9 and side 10 at the waist seams, from the inside behind the neckline 4 and on the sleeves 3 - outside in the upper third and inside the bottom of the sleeve.
