At the same time, the closing gasket (4) is made in the form of a solid disk of non-ferrous metal foil, for example, food-grade aluminum, and the sealing gasket (5) located under the closing gasket (4) is made in the form of a solid disk, for example, of polyvinyl chloride. The drink is consumed from a sealed twist-off bottle developed by the crown stopper by using one or several straws (7), with which the consumer or consumers through the made central (3) and radial (6) through holes in the developed twist-off crown stopper sequentially pierce the closure (4) and sealing (5) gaskets.

The utility model relates to devices for capping bottles of drinks and is made in the form of a crown plug twist-off, designed to cork glass bottles with screw threads on its neck containing soft drinks: juices, carbonated water and others.

A significant drawback of this cork is its not very reliable waterproofing, due to which there is a leak of the drink from the bottle. In addition, after opening the bottle, the beverage in the bottle is consumed, as a rule, through the neck, which does not comply with sanitary and hygienic standards. At the same time, without opening this cork from the bottle, it is impossible to consume the beverage contained in it by one or more consumers, taking into account the current sanitary and hygienic standards.

Known technical device "Closure cap with self-opening means" (US patent No. 3963141 A, 06/15/1976), adopted as a prototype, which includes a crown plug twist-off on the neck of a bottle of drink with a through central hole for the straw in horizontal parts of its body and gasket, as well as an additional device made in the form of a cork with a ring to close the through hole during transportation and storage of the bottle with the drink.

A significant disadvantage of the known device is the relatively low sealing of the Central through hole in the horizontal part of the metal housing crown caps. This is explained by the fact that this hole is closed by a metal plug, which is connected with a solid ring for opening, i.e. metal cork closes a hole in the metal crown cap. This method of sealing the central through hole requires high accuracy of its manufacture, as well as high accuracy in the manufacture (stamping) of the cork, which is achieved through the use of high-precision die tools (punch and die). In addition, the sealing of the central hole made with the help of a metal cork without any additional gaskets (rubber, silicone, polyethylene, etc.) does not guarantee complete sealing of the bottle cork from leakage of the drink. The presence of a sealing gasket inside the crown caps body does not contribute to increasing its waterproofing, since this sealing gasket is made with a central through hole coaxial with the through hole in the crown caps body. In addition, the known device is characterized by increased manufacturing complexity, additional consumption of material, as well as time costs for its manufacture - all this significantly increases the cost of manufacturing and use of the entire device.

The technical result of the developed twist-off crown plug with a through central hole in the center of its body is to ensure the sealing of the bottle with the drink during storage and transportation, as well as the possibility of consumption of the drink through a straw without opening it.

The technical result of the developed twist-off crown plug is achieved due to the fact that it additionally includes a cover gasket made in the form of a solid disk made of non-ferrous metal foil, for example, aluminum, and located on the inside of the twist-off crown plug body between the horizontal part of its metal body and a sealing gasket, which, in contrast to the prototype, is made in the form of a solid disk, for example, of polyethylene or polyvinyl chloride (PVC).

A closing gasket located between the metal case of the twist-off crown plug and a continuous (unlike the prototype) sealing gasket is designed to reliably close one or more through holes made inside the cork during storage and transportation of the beverage bottles. A continuous sealing gasket serves the same purpose, while the diameters of both disk gaskets (closing and sealing) are equal to the inner diameter of the twist-off crown crown developed.

The designed twist-off crown plug for the beverage bottle shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 3, FIG. 5 (top view) and FIG. 2, FIG. 4 and FIG. 6 (longitudinal sections along A-A, B-B, C-C), includes the upper horizontal part 1 of the metal body 2 with internal thread. At the same time, a central through hole 3 is made in its horizontal part 1. Inside the housing 2, a gasket 4 and a gasket 5 are located. In addition to the central through hole 3, in addition, in the horizontal part 2, at least one radial through hole 6 is made (if necessary). The diameters of the through holes 3 and 6 are larger than the diameter of the straws used.

The closing gasket 4 inside the casing 2 of the crown twist-off is located directly below the horizontal part of the surface 1, and under the closing gasket 4 is placed a sealing gasket 5.

The manufacture of the developed crown crown twist-off does not cause any technical difficulties and does not require significant capital costs. It is known that the production of modern twist-off crown caps is carried out by stamping its body 2 from sheet steel (tin). The difference between the developed twist-off crown caps and the ones currently manufactured is the presence of an additional closing gasket 4 and a continuous sealing gasket 5 located under it, which provide guaranteed waterproofing, which excludes the leakage of the drink from the bottles during their transportation and storage.

The through holes 3 and 6 in the upper horizontal part 1 of the housing 2 can easily be made simultaneously during the stamping process of the developed twist-off crown plug by slightly modernizing the punch and die with which it is stamped. This modernization of the punch and die consists in the fact that in the case of twist-off crown plug 2 obtained after stamping, the central 3 and, if necessary, one or more radial through holes 6 additionally appear. Then, an additional closing gasket 4 is inserted inside the stamped body 2, made in in the form of a solid disk of non-ferrous metal foil, for example, food-grade aluminum, the manufacture of which does not present any technical or financial difficulties. A continuous gasket 5 is placed under the cover gasket 4, while the diameter of the cover gasket 4 is equal to the diameter of the gasket 5.

The purpose of the additional continuous closure pad 4, made of non-ferrous metal foil, and the continuous seal 5 to seal the through holes 3 and 6 (if any) from the inside in order to prevent leakage of the drink from the bottles during storage and transportation.

Using the developed twist-off crown caps is very simple. The consumer or consumers of the drink insert one or more straws 7 into the through holes 3 or 6 and, with little effort, sequentially pierce them with the continuous closure 4 and sealing 5 gaskets, and then lower one or more straws 7 into the bottle. At the same time, the bottle sealed with twist-off crown plug is prepared for drinking from it through straws 7.

Thus, the developed twist-off crown plug allows you to ensure the consumption of a drink from a corked bottle through one or more straws 7 in accordance with the current sanitary and hygienic standards that ensure the health of drink consumers.

The presence of continuous closing 4 and sealing 5 gaskets inside the body 2 of the developed crown plug twist-off guarantees greater reliability from the flow of the drink from the bottles during their transportation and storage.

Crown twist-off for capping a bottle of drink, comprising a metal case with a through central hole for a straw and a sealing gasket inside it, characterized in that it further includes a closing gasket, while the closing gasket is located on the inside of the crown twist-off between the horizontal part of its metal housing and the sealing gasket, and the closing gasket is made continuous. 2.
