Abstract

The invention relates to devices for storing and storing various products and can be used, in particular, for storing firewood. The proposed solution reduces the time and complexity during the transformation of the device and increases the convenience of storing firewood. The disadvantage of these devices is the inconvenience of storing firewood, as well as the inconvenience of loading and unloading.

These devices are complex in design and inconvenient in the conversion from an operational state to an inoperative position, since they occupy large areas in assembled form.

The closest in technical essence and the achieved result is a collapsible shelving for storing firewood according to the patent US 56651467, А47В 45/00, publ. 07/29/1997, which is selected as the closest analogue.

The tool in question is a rigid structure comprising vertical struts that are connected by fastening elements to horizontal sections of the structure. Mounting is made in the form of metal staples. In the absence of the need to use this shelving, it is dismantled and disassembled into components, which leads to inconvenience when using. The process of assembling and disassembling a structure requires time and a certain skill.

The objective of the utility model is to create a transformable device for storing firewood, which will significantly reduce the dimensions of the device inoperative and increase convenience when loading and / or unloading and storing firewood.

Given the analysis of known similar technical solutions, we can conclude that the creation of a transformable device for storing firewood is relevant today.

The transformable device for storing firewood is made in the form of a rigid spatial structure. In this particular embodiment, the device is made of a rectangular pipe. The device contains racks 1, interfaced with horizontal sections 2 of the structure and combined into frames 3, in this example, the fixing plates 4. Through the fixing plates 4, the upper hinge joint 5 and the lower hinge joint 6. The horizontal sections 2 of the structure, at the junction points in the frame are shifted relative to each other by an amount that provides an angle of rotation when folding. The device operates as follows.

The opening is carried out at the required angle depending on the length of the wood. Firewood is loaded, laying them on the inner surface of the device, filling from bottom to top. Firewood is held by frames 3 and separator 7 inside the device, occupying a minimum storage area. After unloading the transformable device from firewood, it develops by rotating one frame 3 relative to another using hinged mechanisms 5, 6. This requires minimal effort and time. When folded, frames 3 occupy a small space as they appear in the same plane and at the same level in height.

The applicant tested a full-size sample of the proposed design, which confirmed the correctness of the technical solution for the industrial manufacture of a device for storing firewood.

Thus, the technical result achieved by the implementation of the utility model is to increase the convenience of storing firewood and reduce time and labor, during the transformation of the proposed device.
