Abstract
The invention relates to household cleaning products, in particular detergent for cleaning a metal surface. The goal is to increase the detergent and passivating properties of the product. The latter contains,% wt.: Di-Li-salt of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid 0.1-0.3, monoethanolamine 1-1.5, mono- and dialkylphenolpolyglycol ether 0.5-1.0, sodium tetraphenylborate 0.2 - 0.3, and water - up to 100. In this case, the detergent has a better detergent and passivating ability than the known one, and is also not fire hazardous and not harmful to health. 3 tab
Description
It can be used in the engineering and metallurgical industries to degrease parts made of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, as well as to remove various kinds of contaminants.
An object of the present invention is to increase the detergent and passivating properties of an agent.
Table 1 shows the formulations of the described composition.
Sodium tetraphenylborate introduced into the composition enhances the alkalinity of the detergent composition and helps maintain a constant concentration of hydrogen ions (solution). Sodium tetraphenylborate is highly soluble in water at any YCM temperature, non-toxic, odorless. The detergency rating is tested non-toxic, odorless. The assessment of the washing ability is checked by the gravitational method, which is based on the determination of the weight of the contaminants that are not washed out. In caste
Mineral oil MT-16P is used as a contaminant.
The degree of surface cleaning from pollution is determined by the formula
-Ј1 -Ј1
где Р - масса загр знений, оставшихс неотмытыми , Р°-масса загр знений, нанесенных на образец.where P is the mass of contaminants that are not washed, P ° is the mass of contaminants deposited on the sample.
Table 2 shows the data obtained during the trials. From the above data it follows that the proposed composition has a higher washing ability.
The protective / passivating / ability of the washing solution is determined by the method of accelerated corrosion testing, the essence of which is to maintain the samples treated with the aqueous washing solution in desiccators above water with cyclic heating to a temperature of 40 ° C. This method conducts condensation. moisture on the samples.

3.corrosion damage to the surface of the samples. Research was carried out on samples of ferrous and non-ferrous metals (brass, aluminum, steel, cast iron, bronze). The accelerated corrosion test time is 48 hours. Comparative data on the protective properties of the known and optimal options / 3 / of the proposed product are shown in table.3.
Analysis of the obtained data shows that the proposed composition in comparison with the known agent has a higher protective ability in relation to ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
е. The solution is universal, i.e. it can be used to degrease parts made of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The solution has a high detergency at ambient temperature. It is fireproof and not harmful to health.
