A disadvantage of the known dispensing device for a bottle of liquid is the lack of an additional means of signaling protection, which will allow the end user to additionally verify the origin of the contents of the sealed bottle of liquid after its first opening.

The essence of the utility model

The objective of this utility model is to create an additional means of protection signaling, which will allow the end user to additionally verify the origin of the contents of the sealed bottle with liquid after its first opening.

Other objectives and advantages of this utility model will be identified below, as the presentation of the present description and figures.

The problem, solved by the claimed utility model, is achieved by the fact that in a known dispensing device for a bottle of liquid containing:

external thread

dispensing hole for said liquid,

means for fixing said dispenser on the neck of said bottle,

according to the claimed utility model, a skirt is located in the lower part of the dispenser, in the lower part of which there is an annular protrusion, while at least one graphic element is placed on the surface of the skirt.

This useful model allows the use of an additional means of protection signaling, the presence of which will allow the end user to additionally verify the origin of the contents of the sealed bottle with liquid after its first opening, which avoids poisoning as a result of the use of falsified liquid by the end user.

Since, for example, for alcohol companies that produce different types of alcoholic products, a specific graphic element can be applied to each type of alcoholic product, moreover, on a label located on a bottle with a liquid, or using other means, for example, on the company's website , the presence of a certain graphic element on the skirt of the dispenser will be reported. Given that the cost of manufacturing a dispenser, and especially costly, is the creation of molds, for a high-quality fake of alcoholic beverages, it will be necessary to manufacture an appropriate dispenser with a certain graphic element, which will lead to an increase in overhead costs and a decrease in the profitability of a falsified beverage, which is falsified will not go. Thus, in the implementation of this utility model, an additional means of protection signaling is used, which allows providing end users with confidence in the origin of the liquid by accurately recording the fact of the first opening of the clogged bottle with the liquid, and thereby avoid poisoning of the body as a result of the use of falsified liquid.

In FIG. 1 shows a cap 1 with a casing 2 containing an internal thread 3. A dispenser 4, comprising: an external thread 5, which interacts with the internal thread 3 of the cap 1, a dispensing hole 6 for liquid, and fixing means 7 of the dispensing device 4 on the neck of the liquid bottle. A plug 8 with an axial hole 9, which is associated with the inner surface of the dispenser 4. Also, a detachable ring 10 is located in the lower part of the cover casing, while a skirt 11 is located in the lower part of the dispenser 4, in the lower part of which there is an annular protrusion 12 for separating the tear rings 10 from the casing 2.

In FIG. 2 shows a dispenser 4 in the lower part of which there is a skirt 11, in the lower part of which there is an annular protrusion 12 for separating the tear-off ring 10 from the casing 2, while graphic elements 13 are placed on the surface of the skirt 11. In this case, using the fixing means 7, the dispenser 4 are fixed on the neck 14 of the liquid bottle.

As a result of the first opening of the bottle from the liquid, the lid 1 is separated from the dispenser 4, as a result of which the tear-off ring 10 interacting with the annular protrusion 12 is separated from the casing 1 and splits into two fragments 10a and 10b.

For the manufacture of the closure device shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 according to the proposed utility model, first separately manufactured:

- cover 1;

- an outer casing 2, in the lower part of which a tear-off ring 10 is located;

- dispenser 4, in the lower part of which there is a skirt 11, in the lower part of which an annular protrusion 12 is located, while on the surface of the skirt 11 there are graphic elements 13;

- plug 8 with hole 9.

After that, a capping device is made on the assembly line. First, the cover 1 is planted on the external thread 5 of the dispenser 4, the outer casing 2 is inserted and the plug 8 is mated to the inner surface of the dispenser 4.

This results in a capping device for a bottle of liquid in which a tear-off ring 10 is located in the lower part of the outer casing 2 of the lid 1, while a skirt 11 is located in the lower part of the dispenser 4, in the lower part of which an annular protrusion 12 is located to separate the tear-off ring 10 from casing 2, while on the surface of the skirt 11 there are graphic elements 13. As a result, a closure for a bottle of liquid with an additional means of protection signaling is obtained, which allows the end user to additionally ascertain the origin of the contents of sealed bottles of liquid, after its first opening.

Then, on the filling line, the closure made for the bottle with liquid is installed on the neck 14 of the bottle with liquid, as a result of which a blocking unit for the bottle with liquid is obtained, see FIG. 2.

After the lid 1 is separated from the dispenser 5 cm. FIG. 3, the user will be able to see the graphic elements 13, which will additionally testify to the authenticity of the products he purchased (bottles with liquid). It should also be noted that the graphic elements 13 can be located on the surface of the skirt 11 in the following ways: in the mold when casting the transfer device; various types of printing; hot foil stamping; laser and other types of engraving; by spraying, sticker, etc. The proposed methods for arranging graphic elements 13 on the surface of the skirt 11 of the dispenser 4 are not exclusive.

It is clear that the proposed utility model is not limited to the above examples of its implementation.

Technical result

The technical result of the proposed utility model is the creation of an additional means of protection alarm, which will allow the end user to additionally verify the origin of the contents of the sealed bottle with liquid after its first opening.
