Abstract
Description
Изобретение относится к стали для режущего инструмента или для штампов холодного деформирования. The invention relates to steel for a cutting tool or for cold forming dies.
Целью изобретения является повышение твердости и теплостойкости стали. The aim of the invention is to increase the hardness and heat resistance of steel.
Химический состав исследованных плавок предлагаемой и известной сталей и их свойства приведены в табл. 1 и 2. The chemical composition of the studied heats of the proposed and known steels and their properties are given in table. 1 and 2.
Предлагаемая сталь получается методом порошковой металлургии. The proposed steel is obtained by powder metallurgy.
Оптимальное содержание углерода в стали удовлетворяет следующему соотношению, C 0,06 (Mo) + 0,21 (V) + 0,13 (Nb) + + (0,30-0,35). The optimum carbon content in the steel satisfies the following relationship: C 0.06 (Mo) + 0.21 (V) + 0.13 (Nb) + + (0.30-0.35).
Как следует из табл. 2, твердость после термообработки, а также теплостойкость предлагаемой стали выше, чем у известной. Несмотря на высокое содержание углерода после отжига сталь обладает хорошей обрабатываемостью (НВ не более 230).
