Abstract

A multifunctional snow removal complex containing a snow removal machine, on the base chassis of which there is a snow melting hopper, inside of which there is a heat exchanger coil with a heat agent in the form of exhaust exhaust gases from the snow removal machine engine and a pump for supplying water to the storm sewer system.

Description

The utility model relates to public utilities and can be used for cleaning and transporting snow, both on the roads of settlements, and at other objects (highways, freeways, airfields, sports fields and others).

There are many modern technologies for cleaning and transporting snow, consisting of a pickup body and a transport mechanism, for example, mechanically or pneumatically in the back of a vehicle or throwing it to the side (AS No. 1260429, published on 09/30/1986).

However, all of them require different vehicles for receiving and transporting snow to landfills for its storage or to snowmills, in the absence of such means, snow removal devices are forced to suspend their work, since the snow has nothing to ship. In addition, snow transportation requires a lot of time, which depends on the distance from the place of harvesting to the landfill for its storage (snowmills), and the landfills themselves occupy large areas of land in the urban area, which leads to inefficient use of urban land.

The technical task of the device is to increase the productivity and efficiency of snow removal.

This problem is solved by achieving a technical result, which consists in increasing the productivity and efficiency of the processes of cleaning, transportation and disposal of snow.

The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that the mechanized snow removal complex contains a snow removal machine, on the base chassis of which a snow bunker-melter is installed, inside which are installed:

- a device for melting snow, made in the form of a coil of a heat exchanger with a heat agent in the form of exhaust (exhaust) gases from the engine of a machine with the possibility of turning loaded snow into water, while the heat exchanger is at the bottom of the hopper;

- a pump with a valve for disposing of the produced water - discharge into storm sewer systems or into ravines.

Due to the additional equipment of the snowplow with a hopper-melter with a pump, the machine acquires the ability to perform new functions:

1) melting snow and turning it into a liquid state (water);

2) the accumulation and storage of water, and in a larger volume than snow, since water has a much higher density than snow;

3) transporting water to the nearest storm well;

4) disposal of snow in the form of water by draining water into a storm sewer system.

The melting hopper in the upper part is equipped with a spring-loaded gravity damper, which allows accumulating thermal energy in the hopper in the absence of snow supply and ensures that snow enters the hopper when it is fed to the damper.

In FIG. 1 is a drawing of a multifunctional snow removal complex with a snow melter; and FIG. 2 is a diagram of the process of its operation.

The snowplow can have various mechanisms for cleaning and feeding snow into the hopper. When snow is fed by the mechanism of the snow blower 1 to the gravity damper 2, it opens under its weight; the snow falls into the melting hopper 3, where it melts under the influence of thermal energy accumulated in the hopper from the coil-heat exchanger 4, through which the exhaust gases of the machine pass; the resulting water is accumulated, and then using the pump 5 is fed into the storm sewer system.

Due to the additional functions of the multifunctional snow removal complex during snow removal:

- increases the productivity of the snowplow, as it ensures the continuity of its work (there are no downtime in the car waiting for vehicles to transport snow);

- the efficiency of the whole snow removal process increases, since there is no need to attract vehicles for transporting snow and in landfills for its storage, and the complex acquires the possibility of accumulating and storing snow in the form of water in larger quantities with a smaller hopper volume than dump truck bodies for transportation of snow.

Thus, in comparison with the known prototypes, the proposed multifunctional snow removal complex ensures the continuity of the snow removal process and improves productivity through the use of a melting hopper with a heat exchanger using the exhaust gases of the machine and a pump for supplying water to the storm sewer system.

In addition, the complex makes it possible for municipal authorities to abandon landfills for storing snow, with subsequent more efficient use of land being vacated.
