Abstract
1. Агрегат для автоматического управления температурой электролизера, который включает сборную ячейку (3) с установленным в ней электродом переменного тока, электролитическую ячейку (4) с установленным в ней электродом переменного тока, охлаждающий теплообменник (6), центробежный вентилятор высокого давления (14), трубопровод (17), при этом охлаждающий теплообменник (6) выполнен с возможностью погружения в электролит (2) электролизера (1), а его вход соединен с выходом центробежного вентилятора высокого давления (14) с помощью трубопровода (17), содержащий компьютер (19) и узел автоматического управления температурой одного электролизера, содержащий термопару (7), источник питания переменного тока (9), программируемый контроллер (18), два однофазных трансформатора, два шкафа управления трансформаторами, причем термопара (7) установлена на электролизере (1) с возможностью погружения ее нижней части в электролит (2) и электрически соединена с программируемым контроллером (18), каждый электрод переменного тока отдельно соединен с источником питания переменного тока посредством одного однофазного трансформатора и одного шкафа управления трансформатором, выходы программируемого контроллера (18) электрически соединены с входом управления шкафа управления трансформатором, входом управления центробежным вентилятором высокого давления (14) и с входом компьютера (19), а выход компьютера (19) электрически соединен с входом программируемого контроллера (18).2.
