Ювелирное изделие с драгоценными и полудрагоценными камнями, содержащее камень, установленный в оправе и закрепленный относительно оправы путем пластического деформирования верхнего края оправы выше рундиста камня, а оправа с камнем закреплена в ювелирном изделии, отличающееся тем, что камень с оправой, или камни, каждый в своей оправе, установлен в изделии на цилиндрической пружине или цилиндрических пружинах по числу оправ, при этом один конец пружины или каждой из пружин закреплен в подшипнике, установленном в углублении, выполненном под местом расположения в изделии оправы или оправ, а другой конец пружины или каждой пружины закреплен на нижней части оправы или каждой из оправ под камнем, закрепленным в этой оправе. !2.
