Abstract

TECHNICAL PROBLEM

Scented air fresheners, according to the invention, solve the problem of removing unpleasant odors in closed spaces: living spaces, work spaces, inside car cabins and other closed spaces (closets, chests, bedding boxes, etc.).

it is not used for a long time by harmful insects (e.g. moths, etc.), and with its special decorative forms, it also solves the problem of decorating the place where it is placed.

The considered program includes the construction of the shape of scented air fresheners in order to obtain a simple, relatively cheap, aesthetically beautiful and functional product for air freshening by releasing pleasant scents that can be different depending on the user's taste.

STATE OF THE ART

It is known that during the fifties of the last century, volatile fresheners appeared, which were used to remove unpleasant odors, and were available on the market in liquid form, and the surrounding area was refreshed through a wick that was immersed in the refreshing liquid almost to the bottom, usually a glass bottle. When the bottle cap was removed, the neck partition would be pulled out with the other end of the wick threaded through that frame and the wick soaked in the volatile liquid from the bottle would release the pleasant odors of that volatile liquid. Since the surface of the soaked wick, through which the pleasant odors are released into the surrounding space by evaporation, is very small, it took a long time to remove the unpleasant odors, e.g. from tobacco smoke, etc., and the lack of such fresheners is also represented by the fact that the user should have remembered to close the bottle after use so that the liquid would not evaporate unnecessarily. Additionally,

there was always a danger that children, pets,

and even adults accidentally overturn, knock or break the bottle, which would spill the liquid and cause an overpowering smell, which is also not pleasant.

There are also well-known air fresheners made as a solid gel that sublimates in the presence of atmospheric air in order to release its active ingredients into the space of the room or into a closed space where it is exposed to the action of air, either by evaporation and/or sublimation, i.e. heating to evaporate.

Fresheners are also known in the form of diffusers of refreshing scents (spray), with which scented substances are dispersed from bottles under pressure so that they are dispersed as small droplets in the space being refreshed. Their main advantage is that intense unpleasant odors can be immediately masked or neutralized, but due to the problem with fluorocarbons that destroy the ozone layer, and which were used as suppressors of refreshing odors from bottles, there was a need to omit them and to solve the problem of intense odor emission with different devices (e.g. with fans, etc.) with the air freshener pushed refreshing scents into the surrounding area.

Scented air fresheners of simple construction according to the invention eliminated some of the shortcomings of known solutions and created a simple, relatively cheap, aesthetically beautiful and imaginatively designed and functional product for air freshening by releasing pleasant smells that can be different depending on the taste of the user, and after the complete evaporation of the fragrant substances, these fresheners remain as beautiful decorative pendants that, with their various shapes, can decorate any space in which they are located.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The previously described solutions of scented air fresheners show their structures and some of their basic shortcomings, which have been improved and eliminated with each new generation of air fresheners. The previously observed and defined problems were solved at each level of development of various air fresheners and led to a new solution of scented air fresheners of simple construction according to this invention, which will be described and explained in the following text.

Scented air fresheners are constructed on a plate (slab) porous natural material inside the surface of which there is an opening, most often of a shape that parallels the external shape of the derived tile of the scented air freshener, while in the thus created hollow space another porous material can be placed, with different, usually smaller pores, from the porous material from which the base tile of the air freshener is made, and which other material is soaked with a scented agent to release pleasant odors into the surrounding space or can be left empty, if the basic porous tile is being soaked, on which a small opening is usually provided for passing a string, thread, chain or similar accessory for attaching or hanging the scented air freshener to the holder in the space being refreshed.

Scented air fresheners of a simple design according to the invention, and their possible new forms that have been realized are shown in the attached pictures, whereby: Figure 1 shows a general schematic view of the new construction of a scented air freshener according to this invention;

Figure 2 shows new designed solutions of scented air fresheners of simple construction according to the invention, aesthetically beautiful and imaginatively shaped into a functional product for air freshening by releasing pleasant scents, which can be of different shapes and scented with scents depending on the user's taste.

In the general schematic representation in Figure 1, we see a flat base tile 1, of a general irregular shape, made of natural porous material (wood, cardboard, paper, etc.), inside the surface of which is cut an opening 2 of a shape that parallels the external shape of the derived basic shaped tile 1 and into which opening 2 another porous material 2 (spongy or foam materials) of different pores, made of porous material (wood, cardboard, paper, etc.) is inserted. of which the base plate of the air freshener is made. The porous materials of the base plate 1 and other porous material (spongy or foam material) inserted into the slotted opening 2 are soaked with a scented agent to release pleasant odors into the surrounding space. If the slotted hole 2 is left empty, then only the material of the flat base plate 1 is soaked with the odor releasing agent, which usually also has a small hole 3 for passing a string, thread, chain or similar accessory for attaching or hanging the scented air freshener to the holder in the space being refreshed.

As for the scents used to infuse the subject scented air fresheners, any scents available on the market can be used to soak the flat base plate 1 and the porous material inserted into the surface of the opening 2, and the most famous scents are birch, lemon, vanilla, banana and others.

Figure 2 shows some derived forms of scented air fresheners of a simple construction according to the invention, which serve as an illustration of the shaped performance possibilities. Scented air fresheners in the shape of an elongated narrow upright rectangle, an upright rectangle of smaller height, an upright ellipse, a narrow elongated upright ellipse, an equilateral triangle, a letter shape (the Latin letter R was shown), a rhombus shape, various crosses or some other religious symbols, a heart shape, a butterfly shape with spread wings, as well as a number shape (the number 8 is shown) are shown. In addition to the shapes shown here, it is possible to shape scented air fresheners in any other shape.
