Tehnički problem koji se rešava predmetnim pronalaskom se sastoji u tome kako realizovati četkicu za zube za višekratnu upotrebu, koja bi u sebi istovremeno sadržala i fluid za oralnu higijenu, kao što je zubna pasta, tako da bi predstavljala jedinstveni entitet koji bi bio jednostavan za nošenje i upotrebu od strane korisnika, pri čemu bi četkica za zube bila zaštićena od prljanja, a zubna pasta koja je sadržana u njoj od sušenja i stvrdnjavanja, što bi onemogućilo njeno dalje korišćenje; pri čemu bi četkica za zube trebala da ima i mogućnost zamene ispražnjenog rezervoara sa fluidom za oralnu higijenu novim rezervoarom, što bi omogućilo njeno višestruko korišćenje i bilo bi prihvatljivije sa ekološkog stanovišta, zbog manjeg stvaranja otpada. U američkoj prijavi patenta US 20040240928 A1 objavljenoj 2004-12-02 za koju je priznat patent broj US7244073 (B2) 2007-07-17 prikazana je četkica za zube koja sadrži držač četkice, šuplje telo rastavljivo spojeno sa držačem na čijem gornjem delu su pričvršćene četkica i membrana, a koje je pokriveno poklopcem, pri čemu četkica sadrži zamenjiv uložak za pastu za zube i mehanizam za istiskivanje zubne paste iz uloška. Pažljivim pregledom ovog pronalaska može se uočiti da ova četkica ima ozbiljan funkcionalni nedostatak koji se ogleda u tome što pasta za zube iz izmenljivog uloška, do dela četkice na kome se nalaze dlačice za čišćenje, prolazi kroz aksijalnu cev i završava se radijalno izvedenim završetkom smeštenim između dlačica četkica. Ovakvim rešenjem, sasvim sigurno, nije rešen problem očvršćavanja paste za zube koja ostaje ne istisnuta u radijalnom završetku i prednjem delu aksijalne cevi, pa nakon izvesnog vremena ona dovodi do delimičnog ili potpunog začepljenja, što se u radu četkice manifestuje tako da je potiskivanje sveže paste mehanizmom za istiskivanje izvedenom u obliku klipa, sve teže dok na kraju ne postane nemoguće. Although this invention is protected by a patent, it is quite certain that there are justified reasons for doubting the effectiveness of its application, so that the replaceable cartridge must be replaced after a few washes or the brush thrown away. On the contrary, in the present invention, according to the technical solution shown, this problem does not exist, because the tube through which the paste passes from the exchangeable cartridge is straight in the continuation of the outlet opening and to the head of the brush, so the transport of the paste is carried out without interruption, while the outlet part itself is slightly angled in relation to the base of the brush to which the bristles are fixed, so that part of the unused paste is very easily pushed out by the action of the pushing mechanism.
U drugom tehničkom rešenju datom u prijavi US 20100014909 A1 objavljenoj 2010-01-21 prikazana je četkica koja sadrži kertridž sa zubnom pastom kojom se supstituiše potreba za korišćenjem klasičnih tuba, koja ima rastavljivo izvedenu glavu sa dlačicama i kao i u prvoj američkoj prijavi sa cevastim ispustom upravno izvedenim na šupljinu kojom se zubna pasta iz kertridža istiskuje do dlačica za čišćenje zuba. I kod ovog rešenja, evidentno postoji problem sa začepljenjem izlaznog kanala, jer se pasta sasvim sigurno nakon nekoliko istiskivanja , usled oksidacije stvrdnjava, zbog čega se dalje istiskivanje paste vrši znatno većom potisnom silom ili je potpuno onemogućeno. Osim toga analizom konstrukcije glave četkice vidi se da je ona rastavljivo namaknuta na prednji kraj četkice pomoću paralelnih ispusta i njima analognih žljebova, pri čemu je učvršćivanje ostvareno manjim upravnim radijalnim ispustima i njima odgovarajućim upustima, koji ne omogućavaju konzistentnost spoja tako da je prilikom čišćenja zuba moguće ispadanje glave četkice sa prednjeg dela tela, što dovodi do njenog prljanja, a pri tom zahteva i određen napor za ponovno sklapanje u funkcionalnu celinu, što sasvim sigurno ne mogu da učine svi korisnici četkice. In addition, the paste is squeezed out through a one-way valve, which is also a problematic solution, because the valve cannot be easily cleaned due to its position in the front part of the brush, and during use, the paste accumulates, hardens and prevents the normal flow of the paste to the brush head. According to this solution, the paste is squeezed out by pressing the flexible tank, and for that it is necessary to remove the protective cover on the handle, so the inside of the brush is susceptible to dirt and dirt penetration.
