Abstract

<p>Pronalazak se odnosi na uređaj za spajanje i razdvajanje cevi, koji se sastoji od dve obujmice (2) koje su postavljene na krajeve cevi (1,17). Tehnički problem koji treba rešiti predmetnim pronalaskom sastoji se u sledećem: kako konstruktivno rešiti uređaj za spajanje/razdvajanje cevi, da bi se primenom dve obujmice cevi sa zateznim mehanizmom, dva zaporna mehanizma sa zupčastim letvama, zateznim polugama i drugim priborom, omogućilo efikasno spajanje/razdvajanje cevi, posebno od krtih- lomljivih materijala npr. keramike, PVC i fiberglas epoksi, pri čemu se spajanje/razdvajanje obavlja u kratkom vremenu, bez upotrebe brojne radne snage i glomaznih mašina (npr. bagera, buldozera, traktora) i bez opasnosti od razaranja ili oštećenja cevi uz uslov da je uređaj malih dimenzija, jednostavne konstrukcije za primenu, a ekonomočan za proizvodnju i efikasan u eksploataciji. Glavni nedostatak opisanih metoda sastoji se u tome što se ovakvim rukovanjem često dešavalo razaranje ili oštećenje, pogotovo cevi od krtih i lomljivih materijala npr. keramike, PVC i fiberglas epoksi materijala. Pored izgledne materijalne štete, nedostatak je što su opisani postupci dugo trajali i, pored angažovanja mehanizacije, podrazumevali učešće većeg broja radnika. Uređaj za spajanje/razdvajanje cevi, prema ovom pronalasku čine dve obujmice, izvedene od čeličnih traka sa zatezačem. Svaka od obujmica postavljena je na kraj dve cevi. Jedna na cev koja se uvlači, a druga na cev u koju se uvlači prethodna cev. Svaka od obujmica ima po dve kuke, pričvršćene na obodu, pod uglom od 90° u odnosu na zatezač. Uređaj za spajanje/razdvajanje cevi, prema ovom pronalasku i priloženim nacrtima, sastoji se od dve obujmice 2 koje su postavljene na krajeve cevi 1,17 koje treba da se spoje. Obujmice 2 izvedene su od čeličnog lima i na njihovim krajevima postavljen je zatezač 7 klasične konstrukcije. Sa unutrašnje strane obujmica 2 postavljen je sloj 200 od mekanog materijala, kako bi se sprečilo eventualno oštećenje cevi 1,17 prilikom zatezanja obujmica oko njih Obujmice 2 pričvršćene su za cevi 1,17 zatezačima 7, čija konstrukcija je poznata.
