Abstract

The present invention relates to a process for obtaining organic fertilizer based on a enriched chicken manure with the addition of zeolite, which is used for plant nutrition, in organic production and in general throughout the vegetative period and as soil preparation. It contains the necessary macro and micro elements. It is also used for soil humification due to the high content of organic materials, ensures the input of useful bacteria, intake of humic and fulvic acids, at the same time decreases the intake of mineral fertilizers, while by the process of obtaining the end product , performing the inactivation of ammonia and environmental protection, as well as the improvement of conditions the breeding of animals and their quality on farms in general.

OPLEMTENJENOG PILEĆEG STAJNJAKA SA DODATKOM ZEOLITA IMPROVED CHICKEN MANURE WITH THE ADDITION OF ZEOLITE

Specifičnom načinu dobijanja organskog mineralnog đubriva gde se samim procesom dobijanja gotovog proizvoda, usled korišćenja rude zeolit kao podloge na farmama, umesto standardnih podloga, utiče na poboljšanje uslova uzgoja pilića, druge živine i stoke. Osnovna sirovina jeste obogaćeni zeolit, koji se sa farme iznosi nakon 40 dana. Obogaćenom zeolitu dodaju se makro i mikroelementi: azot ( 6%), fosfor (6%), kalijum (6%), kalcijum (8%),magnezijum (3%), te se ukupna masa prerađuje pomoću mašine koja sadržaj pretvara u pelet. Dobija se na čistoći vazduha i olakšanju čišćenja podloga na farmama. Faze u postupku dobijanja: Stages in the acquisition process:

Proizvodnja počinje razastiranjem sloja zeolita (klinoptilolita), granulacije 2.5-5mm u prostorijama u kojima se gaje tovni pilići. Debljina sloja varira od 3 -6 cm, u zavisnosti od broja pilića koji će se gajiti na 1m2 i od godišnjeg doba, naime, leti je potreban tanji sloj a zimi deblji. Obogaćenom zeolitu se dodaju minerali i mikroelementi i kao takvo, ovo mineralno đubrivo namenjeno je olakšavanju organske proizvodnje voća, povrća i žitarica. Koristi se za ishranu biljaka neophodnim makro i mikro elementima, humifikaciju zemljišta zbog visokog sadržaja organske materije, unos korisnih bakterija, unos huminskih i fulvo kiselina, dok se u isto vreme smanjuje unos mineralnih đubriva. In addition, it affects the protection of the environment on farms and in their surroundings. The presence of zeolite prevents the evaporation and leaching of nitrogen, the leaching of potassium, and due to its ion-exchange characteristics, significantly increases the absorbability of phosphorus.
