Abstract

The device and procedure for remote diagnostic and management of automated technical devices (1) of standard construction, according to the invention, is consisted of a device including a series of video cameras (2) which are connected in parallel and a series of transducers (3) for signal conditioning also connected in parallel, where the video cameras (2) and the transducers (3) are connected to the central processing unit (CPU1) to which the memory (M) is also connected and where the central processing unit (CPU1) is by a communication channel (KK) connected to the central processing unit (CPU2) with the memory (M), where the central processing unit (CPU2), through the line (4) of the video recording and the line (5) of the textual file is connected to the assembly (6) for processing video and text data to which a monitor with a screen (D) and an input unit (7) are connected, and wherein each of the electrical and/or mechanical working or mobile assemblies (11, 12, 13, etc. 1n) of the device (1) is recorded by video cameras (2) from which the video recordings and the working parameters of the textual files are through transducers (3) which condition the signal by using A/D and/or D/A converters to transform the working signals into signals understandable to the central processing unit (CPU1), where the (CPU1) storages the video recording into the memory (M), and where (CPU1) storages also the textual files with the data on the working parameters of the observed assemblies of the device (1) and where the content of the memory (M) is through a communication channel (KK) sent to the central processing unit (CPU2) at a remote location where monitoring and control of the observed device (1) is being conducted, where the central processing unit (CPU2) storages these data into its memory (M) wherefrom the video recordings, through a line (4), and the textual file data, through a line (5), are sent for processing into the assembly (6) and displayed on the screen (D) of the monitor, where the video image of the observed assembly with the data on the actual state of the parameters of that assembly (real state) are compared to the data which represent proper functioning of the observed device (1), where in case that these data do not match we have diagnosed a potential malfunction of the device, and where the assembly (6) is connected to an input unit (7) for sending commands to the assembly which is not working properly by which it will perform the proper operation.
