Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de racire a unei forme de turnare, cum ar fi de exemplu o lingotiera în care se toarna metale si aliaje feroase sau neferoase. Procedeul conform inventiei consta în aceea ca, cupa turnarea metalului sau aliajului în forma un agent de racire format din azot lichid este circulat într-o incinta în care este închisa forma de turnare. Azotul lichid aflat la o temperatura de -190 degree C si o presiune de 2 at, cu un debit de 120.....140 1/min se volatilizeaza instantaneu în spatiul închis în care este plasata forma obtinîndu-se astfel o racire rapida a materialului pe întreaga înaltime a formei în timpul racirii, azotul volatilizat fiind evacuat liber din spatiul amintit. Dupa solidificare , circulatia de azot lichid este întrerupta. Procedeul cinform inventiei prezinta urmatoarele avantaje: îmbunatateste segregatia zonala si distributia gazelor în masa metalica a lingourilor si pieselor turnate ceea ce conduce la obtinerea unei omogenitati chimice si structurale mai bune; scurteaza timpul de solidificare, ceea ce determina o economisire de energie si material metalic.
