Abstract
Inventia se refera la un sistem cu turn de cocsificare în combinatie cu o unitate de reglare de proces, în care debitul de material livrat turnului de cocsificare în timpul unui ciclu al procesului de cocsificare este controlat iar cantitatea de material primita de turnul de cocsificare este derivata continuu. Pe baza acestei cantitîti derivate de material livrat se poate prevedea cantitatea de matrial de alimentare necesara pentru umplerea cu cocs a turnului la un nivel prestabilit la terminarea ciclului de timp. Debitul de curgere a materialului de alimentare a turnului de cocsificare este ajustat corespunzator asfel încat cantitatea de cocs produsa în turn sa fie optimizata pe durata unui ciclu de timp.
