Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru prepararea unor derivati ai 3-aril-5-izotiazolului cu formula generala I: (vezi formula) în care R reprezinta hidrogen, halogen, o grupa amino, hidroxi sai alchilamino cu 1...4 atomi de carbon Ar reprezinta fenil, piridil, tienil sau: (vezi formula) în care R1, R2 si R3 reprezinta hidrogen, halogen, grupe haloalchil cu 1...4 atomi de carbon, alcoxi cu 1...4 atomi de carbon, alchil cu 1...4 atomi de carbon, sau R1 si R2 si R3 luati împreuna reprezinta un radical alchilendioxi cu 1...4 atomi de carbon cu exceptia cazului în care R reprezinta hidrogen sau brom, si Ar reprezinta fenil, constînd din aceea ca un compus cu formula generala II: (vezi formula) în care R si Ar au semnificatiile de mai sus si Qreprezinta un radical ales dintre (vezi formula) în care R4 si R5 sunt identici sau diferiti si reprezinta hidrogen sau alchil cu 1...3 atomi de carbon si R6 reprezinta alchil cu 1...4 atomi de carbon se hidrolizeaza în prezenta unui hidroxid de met al alcalin, în mediu apos, la o temperatura cuprinsa între 0 si 110 degree C, iar acidul cu formula generala I poate fi, eventual, transformat, prin metode în sine cunoscute, într-o sare sau ester acceptabile farmaceutic.
