Abstract
Procedeul de afinare a unei bai de fonta in convertizor, conform inventiei, prevede insuflarea reglata de oxigen deasupra topiturii, pentru realizarea postcombustiei CO degajat si repartitia oxigenului pe intreaga suprafata a topiturii metalice, cat si a unui gaz inert si de preferinta a azotului prin fundul baii, regland automatizat debitul de insuflare a gazului de barbotare pe baza masurii continue a grosimii si gradului de spumozitate a stratului de zgura pentru mentinerea constanta a consistentei acesteia, mentinandu-se constant lancea de insuflare a oxigenului la o inaltime prestabilita. In scopul reglarii gradului de decarburare a baii si a postcombustiei CO care se formeaza, realizarii simultane a defosforizarii si a desulfurarii baii, si controlarii continue a gradului de oxidare a zgurii, se mentine debitul de alimentare între 0 si 0,3 N m la puterea 3/t min.
