Abstract
Procedeu de preparare a antibioticului macrolid tilactona, 20-dihidro 20, 23-dideoxitilonolida cu formula generala I: (vezi formula) caracterizat prin aceea ca microorganismul Streptomices frediae NRRL 12188 se supune cultivarii în conditii aerobe submerse, într-un mediu de cultura continînd surse de carbon alese dintre dextrina, glucoza, amidon si faina de porumb, precum si uleiuri vegetale, de preferinta aminiacizi, ape de la înmuierea porumbului, melasa, lecitina, extract de drojdie de bere,precumsi saruri nutritive, fermentarea avînd loc la temperaturi între 10 si 40 degree C, de preferinta 28 degree C, pîna la obtinerea unei cantitati substantiale de produs, dupa care se procedeaza la recuperarea acestuia, respectiv a macrolidei 20-dihidro-20, 23-dideoxitilonolida (tilactona) prin procedee în sine cunoscute, si daca se doreste poate fi transformata mai departe în derivati acilici.Process for the preparation of the 20-dihydro 20,23-dideoxythionolide macrolide antibiotic of general formula I (see formula) characterized in that the microorganism Streptomyces frediae NRRL 12188 is cultured under submerged aerobic conditions in a culture medium containing sources of carbon selected from dextrin, glucose, starch and corn flour, as well as vegetable oils, preferably amino acids, maize softening water, molasses, lecithin, brewer's yeast extract, and nutritive salts, fermenting at temperatures between 10 and 40 ° C, preferably 28 ° C, until a substantial amount of the product is obtained, after which the 20-dihydro-20,23-dideoxythionolide (tilactone) macrolide is recovered by methods known per se, and if desired, it can be further converted into acyl derivatives.
