Abstract

Procedeul de extragere a elementelor utile din minereuri oxidice, conform inventiei, prevede lesierea în flux continuu de acid azotic concentrat, urmata de separarea reziduului insolubil saracit la metale si de precipitare în solutia obtinuta a Cu, Zn, Pb cu lapte de var sub forma de hidroxizi din care fiecare element se recupereaza uzual, iar azotatul de calciu obtinut se valorifica fie ca atare în îngrasamînt, fie se trateaza cu acid sulfuric pentru regenerarea acidului azotic care se recircula. în scopul obtinerii unor randamente ridicate de extractie, se efectueaza lesierea cu acid azotic 47....70% si de preferinta 47% concentratie la 25...45 degree C, timp de 30....80 min, la un raport S : L cuprins între 1 : 2 si 1 : 3 si din solutia obtinuta eventuala extractie preliminara cu Cu prin cementare, în mod cunoscut, înainte de precipitarea Pb si zn cu lapte de var în conditii uzuale de pH = 7.
