Abstract
Procedeul pentru prepararea interferonei omogene din fibroplasme umane consta într-o combinatie între cromatografiere în stare lichida la presiune ridicata, trecînd la o solutie apoasa de interferona în stare impura întîi printr-o coloana cromatografica de afinitate în care interferona este absorbita si apoi eluata obtinînmd în anumite fractiuni ale eluatului interferona cu puritate mai avansata, care fractiuni se trec apoi printr-o coloana sau prin mai multe coloane cromatografice pe baza unei matrice de SiO2 continînd grupe ciclohexil, fenil, difenil, octil, octadecil sau cianopropil din care coloana interferona se elueaza cu gradienti de solventi organici miscibili cu apa într-un sistem apos acid tamponat în asa fel ca în anumite fractiuni ale eluatului, interferona se obtine într-un singur vîrf bine conturat.
