Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de microîncapsulare a fosforotiolotionatului de S-(1,2-di-(etoxicarbonil)-etil-dimetil, prin poliaditie interfaciala si consta în aceea ca în scopul obtinerii unei suspensii apoase de microcapsule cu pereti de poliuree sau poliuretan-poliuree reticulati cu un continut de substanta activa a suspensiei de 16....30 g/100 ml si a miezului microcapsulelor de 35.....60g/100 ml, cu un continut în perete al microcapsulelor de 3....15% si cu un diametru al microcapsulelor de 1....100 niu într-o prima etapa se disperseaza sub agitare energetica la 300....600 rit/min, la temperatura de -10......+30 degree C, o faza organica formata din fosforotioltionat de S-(1,2-di-(etoxicarbonil)-etil)-dimetil, un izocianat aromatic stabil cu fosforotiolotionatul ales dintre polimetilenpolifenilizocianat, 2,4-toluilendiizocianat, 2,6-toluilendiizocianat sau amestecul acestora, aducti de toluilendiizocianat cu trimetilolpropan si 4,4'-difeni-metandiizocianat si solventi într-o faza apoasa continua continînd un coloid de protectie neionic un emulgator neionic si un antispumant etapa în care se obtine peretele primar al microcapsulelor si într-o a doua etapa consecutiva se adauga la mediul de reactie o solutie apoasa de polialchilenpoliamine superioare reziduale cu o functionalitate medie aproximativ 6,2, cu agitare mai lenta, de 80....100 rot/min la temperatura de 30....60 degree C etapa în care se realizeaza reticularea peretelui microcapsulelor, la un raport volumetric faza organica faza apoasa de 1.....1,3:1....1,5.
