Abstract

Invenţia se referă la un sistem electrocatalitic membranar şi la un procedeu pentru obţinerea unui gaz combustibil din apă. Sistemul conform invenţiei este format dintr-o sursă () de curent continuu, cu frecvenţa de 29 KHz, un sistem () de forţă, un modul de comandă automată, un modul () electrocatalitic membranar, compus din nişte electrozi metalici concentrici, respectiv, electrozii () metalici interiori care sunt conectaţi la un conductor de cupru, şi nişte electrozi () metalici periferici, placaţi pe interior sau având o depunere electrochimică în strat compozit cu nichel, crom, fier, magneziu şi cupru, un catalizator () pe bază de carbon combinat cu nichel, crom, fier, magneziu, cupru, două membrane () compozite şi un sistem de răcire cu apă a electrozilor, un modul () pentru obţinerea unui gaz combustibil conţinând o membrană () compozită şi o sită () tronconică din inox, cu încărcătură de magneziu. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în trecerea prin apă a unui curent electric având o frecvenţă de 20 KHz, o tensiune variabilă de 40...80 V, fie timp de 40 s tensiune directă şi 20 s tensiune inversă, fie 40 min tensiune directă şi 20 min tensiune inversă, rezultând un gaz combustibil conţinând 98...99% hidrogen, 0,99...1,8% oxigen şi 0,01...0,2% bioxid de carbon, menţinut la o presiune de 0,1...0,2 bar, la o presiune a apei de 0,5...2 bari şi o temperatură de 25...45°C.
