Claims (8)
- -REIVINDICAÇÕES14.- Processo de filtração de ar num aparelho do tipo ciclofiltro que compreende um cartucho filtrador (4) com descolmatagem automática, cuja parte inferior com a forma de saia (16) está situada no interior do corpo (1) do referido ciclofiltro, caracterizado por consistir em efectuar na referida parte inferior do referido cartucho filtrador (4), uma diminuição da velocidade ascensional do-11160.960Ref: 1234 PT 299 ar, imprimindo-lhe uma velocidade menor que a velocidade de queda das partículas no momento e depois da descolmatagem.
- 2*.- Processo de filtração de ar de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado por consistir em diminuir em mais de 50% a perda de carga nos filtros (9) do cartucho filtrador.
- 3^.- Ciclofiltro de cartucho filtrador para a aplicação do processo de acordo com uma qualquer das reivindicações 1 ou 2, do tipo equipado com um dispositivo de descolmatagem automática, e caracterizado por ser constituído:- por um corpo superior (1) de eixo vertical que compreende uma chegada tangencial (2) do ar a filtrar, e no interior do qual está situada a parte inferior com a forma de saída (16) do cartucho filtrador,- por uma câmara de sedimentação (3) colocada sob o referido corpo superior (1) e sob o referido cartucho filtrador; cartucho filtrador (4) este que está equipado com mangas de filtração (9) esticadas verticalmente entre a referida câmara de sedimentação (3) e uma tampa (6) onde é evacuado o ar filtrado , tampa esta que encerra o dispositivo de descolmatagem automática (13) das referidas mangas, caracterizado por compreender meios de diminuição da velocidade ascensional do ar a filtrar, meios estes que estão colocados na sua parte inferior com a forma de saia (16), ao nível da parte a montante das referidas mangas de filtração (9).
- 4^.- Ciclofiltro de acordo com a reivindicação 3, caracterizado por compreender meios de diminuição da velocidade ascensional que consistem numa abertura, pelo menos, feita na saia (16), ao nível da parte a montante das mangas filtradoras (9), abertura esta que proporciona uma superfície de passagem para o ar a filtrar, maior que a superfície-1260.960Ref: 1234 PT 299 ':7<W .gg correspondente normalmente disponivel na parte a jusante das referidas mangas (9).
- 5^.- Ciclofiltro de acordo com a reivindicação 3, caracterizado por compreender uma saia (16) com forma cilín drica, que compreende uma grande quantidade de perfurações ou furos (15).
- 6s.- Ciclofiltro de acordo com uma qualquer das reivindicações 3 a 5, caracterizado por estar associado a meios de protecção da parte inferior das mangas filtradoras (9), meios estes que são constituídos por uma chapa cheia (19) que forma separador em frente da chegada tangencial (17) do ar a despoeirar.
- 7-.- Ciclofiltro de acordo com a reivindicação 3, caracterizado por compreender uma saia (16) que tem uma parte cheia que forma separador (19) diante da chegada (17) do ar a despoeirar, e uma parte perfurada por meiode furos (15), sobre o resto do contorno.
- 8^.- Ciclofiltro de acordo com uma qualquer das reivindicações 3 ou 4, caracterizado por compreender, no corpo superior (1), uma saída com forma troncónica alargada acima da câmara de sedimentação (3).Lisboa,Por CATTINAIR, Societe Anonyme
