Abstract

The system consists of a main vertical duct (4) with its upper end (4a) closed, its lower end (4b) connected to a source of air (5), and one or more lateral outlets (6). It also has at least one supplementary air injector (7) to increase the flow, situated towards the lower end of the duct. The system also incorporates an air extractor unit with a main vertical duct (41) which has its upper end (41a) situated above the building, and one or more extractor intakes (43) along its length. The extractor unit has an additional air injector (44) which is identical to the one used on the intake but is situated at the outlet end of the duct to increase the flow of air through it.
