A INVENÇÃO RESOLVE PROBLEMAS TÉCNICOS CAUSADOS POR INCRUSTAÇÕES DE PARTÍCULAS NA SEPARAÇÃO DOS PRODUTOS AO INCORPORAR A ZONA DE CRAQUEAMENTO TÉRMICO DA CORRENTE DE VAPOR (400), RESOLVENDO LIMITAÇÕES ASSOCIADAS À QUALIDADE IMPRÓPRIA DO NEGRO DE FUMO RECUPERADO PELO CONTROLO DO TEMPO DE RESIDÊNCIA DO PRODUTO DE PIRÓLISE.THE INVENTION RELATES TO A PYROLYSIS SYSTEM FOR PROCESSING RAW MATERIAL INCLUDING ORGANIC/CARBON-RICH MATERIALS COMPRISING A FIRST PYROLYSIS ZONE (100), A STEAM STREAM THERMAL CRACKING ZONE (400) WITH A VENTILATION HOLE (405) AND EXTERNAL CHAMBERS (500,503) WITH HEATING FLUIDS INLETS (501,504) AND OUTLETS (502,505), IN WHICH THE FIRST PYROLYSIS ZONE (100) IS DISPOSING AT AN ANGLE IN THE RANGE OF -30 TO +30 DEGREES, AND THE STEAM THERMAL CRACKING ZONE STEAM STREAM (400) IS DISPOSING AT AN ANGLE IN THE RANGE OF 0 TO 60 DEGREES IN RELATION TO THE BASE OF THE PYROLYSIS SYSTEM. THE INVENTION SOLVES TECHNICAL PROBLEMS CAUSED BY PARTICLE INCRUSTATIONS IN THE SEPARATION OF THE PRODUCTS BY INCORPORATING THE THERMAL CRACKING ZONE OF THE STEAM STREAM (400), SOLVING LIMITATIONS ASSOCIATED WITH THE IMPROPER QUALITY OF THE RECOVERED CARBON BLACK BY CONTROLLING THE RESIDENCE TIME OF THE PYROLYSIS PRODUCT.
