Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do napojów, zwlaszcza alkoholowych. Istote cech nowosci i oryginalnosci wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, stanowiacego butelke, przejawiajaca sie stylizowanym ksztaltem zawierajacym charakterystyczny wklesly zarys w srodkowej czesci boczna krawedzi korpusu i posiadajacy zarys stylizowanego wydluzonego rombu, a korpus ma poprzeczny zaiys stylizowanego rombu o promieniowych narozach oraz na powierzchni dna ozdobny obwodowy pas przy obrzezu krawedzi dna. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego moze byc odtwarzany dowolna technika z zachowaniem wlasciwosci charakterystycznych stanowiacych istote butelki. Butelka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wykonana ze szkla, ceramiki lub tworzywa sztucznego, uwidoczniona na zalaczonym rysunku, zawiera istotn e cechy przejawiajace sie na tym, ze ma zarys symetrycznego korpusu wzgledem pionowej osi symetrii, posiadajacego poprzeczny zarys stylizowanego rombu o promieniowych narozach, zas w srodkowej czesci bocznej krawedzi korpusu wklesly zarys stylizowanego wydluzonego rombu oraz na wkleslej powierzchni dna ozdobny obwodowy pas przy obrzezu krawedzi. Butelka wykonywana jest w róznych wielkosciach dla róznych pojemnosci i posiada obly ksztalt, przy czym kolor powierzchni butelki jest zalezny od barwy umieszczanego plynu.Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig.3 PLThe industrial design is a bottle intended for beverages, particularly alcoholic beverages. The essence of the industrial design's novelty and originality lies in the new form of the bottle, manifested by a stylized shape with a distinctive concave outline in the central part of the lateral edge of the body, featuring the outline of a stylized elongated rhombus. The body has a cross-section of a stylized rhombus with radial corners, and a decorative circumferential band on the bottom surface, bordering the bottom edge. The industrial design can be reproduced using any technique while retaining the characteristic properties that constitute the essence of the bottle. The subject of the industrial design, which is a bottle, is shown in the attached drawing, which includes in fig. 1 - a front view of the bottle showing a body that is symmetrical about the vertical axis of symmetry, having a convex upper part with a cylindrical outline and a characteristic concave area in the central part of the side edge of the body and having the outline of a stylized elongated rhombus and a concave bottom; in fig. 2 - a front view of the bottle showing a concavity in the side outline of the central part of the side edge with the outline of a stylized elongated rhombus and a concave bottom; in fig. 3 - view "W" from the bottom of the bottle showing a rhombus outline of the body with radial corners and on the concave surface of the bottom, at the rim, a line containing a series of transverse arc-shaped segments. The bottle, according to the industrial design, made of glass, ceramics or plastic, shown in the attached drawing, has important features manifesting itself in the fact that it has an outline of a symmetrical body with respect to the vertical axis of symmetry, having a transverse outline of a stylized rhombus with radial corners, and in the central part of the side edge of the body, a concave outline of a stylized elongated rhombus and on the concave surface of the bottom, a decorative circumferential band at the edge of the edge.
