Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka znajdujaca szeroki zakres stosowania, w tym szczególnie stosowana do napojów alkoholowych. Istote wzoru stanowi oryginalny ksztalt polaczenia górnej cylindrycznej czesci butelki z szyjka oraz oryginalny ksztalt szyjki. Wzór butelki pfzedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 - przedstawia widok scianki czolowej butelki i fig. l a - przedstawia widok butelki z dolu. Jak pokazano na rysunku - butelka posiada ksztalt walca, który w górnej czesci duzymi pólkolistymi lukami laczy sie z szyjka, a na dole malymi lukami laczy sie z podstawa. Podstawa zas, stanowiaca dno butelki, zaglebiona jest do srodka i jej kontury tworza dwa okregi umiejscowione w poblizu scianek obwodowych korpusu butelki. Natomiast szyjka - przy polaczeniu z górna czescia korpusu - jest uksztaltowana lukami wypuklymi na zewnatrz, a powyzej lagodniejszymi lukami wkleslymi zaglebiona jest do srodka. Zakonczenie szyjki stanowia gwintowane nadlewy. Cechy istotne wzoru to - charakterystyczne polaczenie górnej czesci korpusu z szyjka, - oryginalny ksztalt szyjki uksztaltowany na dole lukami wypuklymi a powyzej lagodniejszymi lukami wkleslymi.Fig. 1 Fig. 1a PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle with a wide range of applications, particularly for alcoholic beverages. The essence of the design is the unique shape of the connection between the upper cylindrical part of the bottle and the neck, as well as the unique shape of the neck. The bottle design is presented in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the bottle's front wall and Fig. 1a shows a view of the bottle from the bottom. As shown in the drawing, the bottle has a cylindrical shape, which connects to the neck with large semicircular arcs at the top and to the base with small arcs at the bottom. The base, constituting the bottom of the bottle, is recessed inward, and its contours form two circles located near the peripheral walls of the bottle body. The neck, where it joins the upper part of the body, is shaped with outward convex arcs, and above it with gentler concave arcs, it is recessed inward. The neck is finished with threaded lugs. The design's key features include: a distinctive connection between the upper part of the body and the neck, and an original shape of the neck, shaped with convex arcs at the bottom and gentler concave arcs above.
