Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest wieżyczka kotwiąca przeznaczona do wiercenia otworów i zabudowy kotwi ekspansywnych w stropie, ociosach i czole przodka wyrobisk górniczych o wysokości minimalnej 3,0 metra, przeznaczona do stosowania w maszynach górniczych, w których mocowana jest na wysięgniku teleskopowym, zbudowana z podstawy (1), która w obszarze środka ma prostopadle odchodzącą od niej belkę prowadzącą (2), nad i pod którą osadzone są obrotowo, we wspólnej osi obrotu, uchwyty (3, 4), dolny i górny, do których równolegle jeden obok drugiego zamocowane są wiertarka (5) oraz dokrętak kotwi (6), które siłownikiem hydraulicznym obracane są po wspólnym łuku osi obrotu i które wyposażone są, każda w osobny, poruszany silnikiem hydraulicznym łańcuchowy mechanizm posuwu, przy czym pomiędzy wiertarką (5), a dokrętakiem kotwi (6) umiejscowiony jest, zamocowany do podstawy (1), chwytak kotwi (10), podstawa od (1) góry zakończona jest rozporą (7) w postaci siłownika hydraulicznego, na którego tłoczysko założona jest stalowa szpica (8), a do belki prowadzącej (2) zamocowany jest magazyn kotwi (9), charakteryzuje się tym, że wiertarka (5) oraz dokrętak kotwi (6) po wspólnym łuku osi obrotu poruszane są jednym siłownikiem hydraulicznym, który z jednej strony zamocowany jest do belki prowadzącej (2), a z drugiej do uchwytu dolnego (3), a silnik hydrauliczny (5g) łańcuchowego mechanizmu posuwu wiertarki (5), jak i silnik hydrauliczny (6g) łańcuchowego mechanizmu posuwu dokrętaka kotwi (6), w każdy z tych mechanizmów, wbudowany jest powyżej dolnego koła łańcuchowego i z łańcuchem napędowym (5f, 6f) sprzężony jest osadzonym na jego wale wyjściowym kołem łańcuchowym.The subject of the application is an anchoring turret designed for drilling holes and installing expansion bolts in the ceiling, sidewalls and front of mining workings with a minimum height of 3.0 meters, designed for use in mining machines, in which it is mounted on a telescopic boom, constructed of a base (1), which in the middle area has a guide beam (2) extending perpendicularly from it, above and below which the lower and upper handles (3, 4) are mounted in a rotatable manner in a common rotation axis, to which a drill (5) and an anchor driver (6) are attached in parallel, one next to the other, which are rotated by a hydraulic actuator along a common arc of the rotation axis and which are equipped, each with a separate chain feed mechanism driven by a hydraulic motor, whereby an anchor gripper (10) is located between the drill (5) and the anchor driver (6) and is attached to the base (1), the base (1) is terminated at the top with a strut (7) in the form of a hydraulic actuator, on the piston rod of which a steel tip (8) is mounted, and an anchor magazine (9) is attached to the guide beam (2), is characterized in that the drill (5) and the anchor driver (6) are moved along a common arc of the rotation axis by one hydraulic actuator, which is attached to the guide beam (2) on one side and to the lower holder (3) on the other, and the hydraulic motor (5g) of the chain feed mechanism of the drill (5), as well as the hydraulic motor (6g) of the chain feed mechanism of the anchor driver (6), in each of these mechanisms, is built above the lower chain wheel and is coupled to the drive chain (5f, 6f) by a chain wheel mounted on its output shaft.
