Abstract

Mechanizm podnoszenia elementów łukowej obudowy chodnikowej, zabudowany na samobieżnym kombajnie górniczym według wzoru użytkowego charakteryzuje się tym, że ramię podnośnika (1) jednym końcem jest połączone obrotowo ze zintegrowanym z pionowym wałem obrotowego siłownika hydraulicznego (2) uchem (3.1) wspornika (3) mocowanego rozłącznie na wysuwnej ramie (4) korpusu (5) zabudowanego na kadłubie (6) kombajnu chodnikowego.The mechanism for lifting elements of an arched roadway support, installed on a self-propelled mining shearer according to the utility model, is characterized in that the lifting arm (1) is connected at one end in a rotary manner to an eye (3.1) integrated with the vertical shaft of the rotary hydraulic actuator (2) of the support (3) releasably mounted on the extendable frame (4) of the body (5) installed on the body (6) of the roadway shearer.

Description

Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest mechanizm podnoszenia elementów lukowej obudowy chodnikowej, zabudowany na samobieznym kombajnie górniczym. Wykonywanie obudowy chodnikowej jest nieodzownym etapem drazenia górniczych wyrobisk korytarzowych przy wykorzystaniu kombajnów chodnikowych. Kombajny chodnikowe dedykowane do pracy w wyrobiskach typu LP sa wyposazane w urzadzenia umozliwiajace podnoszenie luków stropni- cowych lub wstepnie skreconych elementów obudowy chodnikowej tzw. ringów. Znane podnosniki stropnic sa zintegrowane z wysiegnikiem organu roboczego kombajnu i umozliwiaja podnoszenie ele- mentów obudowy wylacznie w osi wysiegnika. Znany jest z polskiego opisu ochronnego wzoru uzytkowego nr PL069161Y1 podnosnik stropnic obudowy chodnikowej, którego ramie wyposazone w gniazdo o profilu korytkowym z przeciwciezarem zamocowane jest obrotowo w plaszczyznie pionowej w uchwycie stalym pomostu roboczego osadzo- nego na sztywno na wysiegniku kombajnu chodnikowego, sterowane jest silownikiem hydraulicznym zamocowanym z jednego konca w uchwycie pomostu roboczego, a z drugiego konca w ramieniu pod- nosnika. Ramie podnosnika sklada sie z dwóch polaczonych ze soba za pomoca przegubu czlonów. Czlon dolny polaczony jest dolnym uchwytem z silownikiem hydraulicznym pomostu roboczego. Czlon górny, na którego koncu znajduje sie gniazdo z przeciwciezarem, polaczony jest mimosrodowo dolnym uchwytem za pomoca silownika hydraulicznego z dolnym uchwytem czlonu dolnego. Znany jest z polskiego opisu patentowego nr PL189490B1 pomost roboczy do montazu lukowej obudowy chodnikowej na kombajnie chodnikowym umieszczony na wysiegniku glowicy kombajnu tak, ze do wysiegnika glowicy kombajnu przymocowana jest srubami plyta nosna, a w jej osi podluznej za- mocowana jest konstrukcja wsporcza dla osadzenia podnosnika stropnic obudowy zbudowanego z belki nosnej, silownika hydraulicznego i uchwytu stropnicy, umieszczonego na belce mocujacej uchwyt strop- nicy. Podnosnik stropnic obudowy ma uchwyt stropnicy z przeciwciezarem, które sa osadzone przegu- bowo na sworzniu belki mocujacej umocowanej prostopadle do belki nosnej. Podnosnik stropnic ma uchwyt stropnicy z korytkiem zaokraglonym od wewnatrz i dostosowanym do okreslonego profilu luków obudowy. Podnosnik stropnic posiada dwie boczne blachy o ksztalcie pólksiezyców osadzone przegu- bowo na sworzniu belki mocujacej przymocowanej wzdluznie do belki nosnej. Uchwyt stropnicy jest zabezpieczony przed niepozadanym obrotem przy pomocy sworznia. Silownik hydrauliczny dzialajacy na podnosnik stropnic ma zamek hydrauliczny zabezpieczajacy w przypadku awarii elementów ukladu hydraulicznego kombajnu, przy czym silownik jest zasilany z hydrauliki kombajnu i sterowany ze stano- wiska operatora kombajnu. Istota mechanizmu podnoszenia elementów lukowej obudowy chodnikowej, zabudowanego na samobieznym kombajnie górniczym wedlug wzoru uzytkowego, wyposazonego w teleskopowe ramie z mocowanym z jednej strony ramienia gniazdem o profilu korytkowym z przeciwciezarem, a telesko- powe ramie poruszane jest przy pomocy silownika hydraulicznego jednym koncem polaczonego obro- towo z teleskopowym ramieniem, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ramie podnosnika jednym koncem jest polaczone obrotowo ze zintegrowanym z pionowym walem obrotowego silownika hydraulicznego uchem wspornika mocowanego rozlacznie na wysuwnej ramie korpusu zabudowanego na kadlubie kombajnu chodnikowego. Liniowy silownik hydrauliczny jest polaczony z jednej strony obrotowo z ramieniem podnosnika, a z drugiej strony takze obrotowo ze wspornikiem. Ramie podnosnika ma obrotowa koncówke, z gniazdem o profilu korytkowym z przeciwciezarem, umozliwiajaca obrót wokól pionowej osi. Przedmiot wzoru uzytkowego przedstawiono na rysunku, na którym: - fig. 1 przedstawia schematycznie mechanizm wedlug wzoru uzytkowego w widoku z boku, - fig. 2 przedstawia schematycznie mechanizm wedlug wzoru uzytkowego w widoku z przodu. Przyklad wykonania Mechanizm podnoszenia elementów lukowej obudowy chodnikowej, zabudowany na samobiez- nym kombajnie górniczym wedlug wzoru uzytkowego, wyposazony w teleskopowe ramie z mocowanym z jednej strony ramienia gniazdem o profilu korytkowym z przeciwciezarem, a teleskopowe ramie poru- szane jest przy pomocy silownika hydraulicznego jednym koncem polaczonego obrotowo z teleskopo- wym ramieniem, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ramie podnosnika 1 jednym koncem jest polaczone obro-3 towo ze zintegrowanym z pionowym walem obrotowego silownika hydraulicznego 2 uchem 3 wspor- nika 3 mocowanego rozlacznie na wysuwnej ramie 4 korpusu 5 zabudowanego na kadlubie 6 kombajnu chodnikowego. Liniowy silownik hydrauliczny 7 jest polaczony z jednej strony obrotowo z ramieniem podno- snika 1, a z drugiej strony takze obrotowo ze wspornikiem 3. Ramie podnosnika 1 ma obrotowa koncówke 1, z gniazdem o profilu korytkowym z przeciwcie- zarem, umozliwiajaca obrót wokól pionowej osi. Executing roadway support is an essential step in excavating mine workings using roadway shearers. Roadway shearers designed for use in LP-type workings are equipped with devices for lifting roof arches or pre-twisted roadway support elements, so-called rings. Known roof lifters are integrated with the boom of the shearer's working unit and allow for lifting of support elements solely along the boom axis. A roadway support canopy lifter is known from Polish utility model no. PL069161Y1. Its arm, equipped with a trough-shaped socket with a counterweight, is pivotally mounted in a vertical plane in the fixed holder of the working platform, rigidly mounted on the roadheader boom. It is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder mounted at one end in the working platform holder and at the other end in the lifting arm. The lifting arm consists of two links connected by a joint. The lower link is connected by a lower bracket to the working platform's hydraulic cylinder. The upper link, at the end of which is a socket with a counterweight, is eccentrically connected by a lower bracket to the lower link's lower bracket via a hydraulic cylinder. Polish patent no. PL189490B1 describes a working platform for assembling an arched roadway support on a roadheader, mounted on the roadheader's boom, with a supporting plate bolted to the header boom, and a support structure mounted on its longitudinal axis for mounting a support canopy lifter, consisting of a support beam, a hydraulic cylinder, and a canopy holder, located on the canopy holder mounting beam. The support canopy lifter has a canopy holder with a counterweight, which is pivotally mounted on a mounting beam pin mounted perpendicular to the support beam. The canopy lifter has a canopy holder with a channel rounded on the inside and adapted to the specific profile of the support arches. The canopy lifter has two crescent-shaped side plates pivotally mounted on a mounting beam pin attached longitudinally to the supporting beam. The canopy holder is secured against unintentional rotation by a pin. The hydraulic cylinder operating the canopy lifter has a hydraulic lock to protect against failure of the combine's hydraulic system components. The cylinder is powered by the combine's hydraulics and controlled from the combine's operator's station. The lifting mechanism for arched roadway support elements, installed on a self-propelled mining shearer according to the utility model, is equipped with a telescopic arm with a trough-shaped socket with a counterweight mounted on one side of the arm. The telescopic arm is moved by a hydraulic cylinder, pivotally connected to the telescopic arm at one end. The lifting arm is pivotally connected at one end to a bracket eye integrated with the vertical shaft of the rotary hydraulic cylinder, which is releasably mounted on the extendable frame of the body mounted on the roadheader body. The linear hydraulic cylinder is pivotally connected to the lifting arm on one end and pivotally connected to the bracket on the other. The lifting arm has a pivotal end with a trough-shaped socket with a counterweight, enabling rotation around a vertical axis. Example of an embodiment A mechanism for lifting elements of an arched roadway support, installed on a self-propelled mining shearer according to the utility model, equipped with a telescopic arm with a trough-shaped socket with a counterweight mounted on one side of the arm, and the telescopic arm is moved by means of a hydraulic cylinder at one end pivotally connected to the telescopic arm, characterized in that the lifting arm 1 is pivotally connected at one end to an eye 3 of a support 3 integrated with the vertical shaft of the rotary hydraulic cylinder 2 and detachably mounted on the extendable frame 4 of the body 5 installed on the body 6 of the roadway shearer. The linear hydraulic cylinder 7 is pivotally connected on one side to the lifting arm 1, and on the other side also pivotally to the bracket 3. The lifting arm 1 has a pivoting end 1 with a trough-shaped socket with a counterweight, enabling rotation around a vertical axis.
