Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest realizowany komputerowo sposób charakteryzowania badanej próbki od osobnika, obejmujący: a) otrzymywanie od osobnika danych o poziomie metylacji dostarczanych przez pomiar poziomu metylacji kolejnej sekwencji kwasu nukleinowego zawartej we wspomnianej badanej próbce; b) dostarczanie dla wspomnianej badanej próbki dyskryminacyjnego profilu metylacji opartego na parach CpG, na podstawie danych o poziomie metylacji, przy czym dyskryminacyjny profil metylacji oparty na parach CpG zawiera pary o różnicującym statusie metylacji (DMP) wybrane na podstawie specyficzności statusu metylacji we wspomnianych DMP w co najmniej jednym typie próbki spośród co najmniej jednego z innych typów próbek, przy czym wspomniany profil zawiera koordynaty genomowe wspomnianych kolejnych DMP i pojedynczą wartość wskazującą na status metylacji dla wspomnianych DMP we wspomnianej badanej próbce; c) wprowadzanie wspomnianego profilu metylacji CpG opartego na parach CpG do narzędzia do charakteryzowania próbki, w celu określenia typu próbki, przy czym wspomniane narzędzie podaje wynik charakteryzacji próbki i wykorzystuje do charakteryzacji jedną lub więcej ustalonych wcześniej sygnatur metylacji, przy czym każda spośród jednej lub więcej ustalonych wcześniej sygnatur metylacji koreluje z typem próbki i przy czym każda ustalona wcześniej sygnatura metylacji zawiera zbiór par o różnicującym statusie metylacji (DMP) wybranych na podstawie specyficzności statusu metylacji we wspomnianych DMP w co najmniej jednym typie próbki spośród co najmniej jednego z innych typów próbek. Kolejnym przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest platforma obliczeniowa do charakteryzowania badanej próbki od osobnika.
