Abstract

The subject of the application is a method for obtaining a cosmetic raw material in which, in the first stage, Saccharomyces cerevisae yeast biomass is prepared in such a way that Saccharomyces cerevisae cells are multiplied in a medium containing 4% - 6% glucose, 1.5% - 3% yeast extract, 0.5% - 1% ammonium sulphate, 0.5% - 0.6% magnesium sulphate, 0.4% - 0.6% potassium phosphate and supplemented to 100% with distilled water, the medium for multiplication is previously sterilized at a temperature of 121°C for 20 minutes, and after cooling, 2% - 6% of Saccharomyces cerevisae yeast lyophilisate is added to the multiplication medium and the culture is carried out for 20 - 24 h at a temperature of 30°C with stirring at 200 +/- 10% revolutions per minute. minute with aeration of not less than 30%, preferably 40%, and after the cultivation is completed, the yeast biomass is separated from the propagation medium by centrifugation for 20 minutes and at 4,500 rpm, until the yeast dry matter content is in the range of 70% - 80%, and the thus obtained centrifuged Saccharomyces cerevisae yeast biomass is suspended in 0.9% NaCl at a concentration of 70% - 80% (B), after which tocopherol (vitamin E) is added to the suspension in the form of a concentrate, i.e. 80% tocopherol + 20% glycerol (W) in a 3:1 ratio (75% B: 25% W), and the obtained mixture is incubated for 18 - 24 h at a temperature of 30°C - 33°C with shaking at 60 rpm, and the cosmetic raw material according to the invention is inactive yeast biomass. The subject of the application is also a cosmetic raw material obtained by the above-mentioned method, containing vitamin E encapsulated in an inactive form of Saccharomyces cerevisae in the form of 80% tocopherol + 20% glycerol, of which the yeast biomass constitutes 75% by weight of the raw material.
