Abstract
Moduł oświetlacza zwłaszcza do kontroli sztabek filtrowych składający się z magnetycznego uchwytu (1), ramienia przegubowego 3D (2) umożliwiającego manipulację w trzech płaszczyznach, elementów systemu sterowania oraz oświetlacza sztabek filtrowych charakteryzuje się tym, że oświetlacz zbudowany jest z: korpusu (4) do jakiego bocznych krawędzi przylegają symetrycznie zderzaki (5) połączone w swojej górnej części osłoną górną (6), panelu (7), umieszczonego pomiędzy zderzakami (5), osłoną górną (6) i panelem (7) dyfuzora (8), wraz z umieszczonymi pod nim płytą z diodami LED oraz zamykającą oświetlacz ścianą tylną a szerokość powierzchni dyfuzora jest taka, że mieści się na niej około 12 sztuk standardowych sztabek filtrowych i a maksymalna długość dyfuzora wynosi 140 mm, w górnej osłonie (6) umieszczone są dwa wkręty dociskowe dociskające dyfuzor (8) do górnej powierzchni korpusu (4), będącej bazą dla dyfuzora (8) oraz sztabek filtrowych a pod panelem (7) umieszczony jest moduł złącz zasilających.The illuminator module, especially for the control of filter rods, consisting of a magnetic holder (1), a 3D articulated arm (2) enabling manipulation in three planes, control system elements and a filter rod illuminator is characterized in that the illuminator is composed of: a body (4) to the side edges of which bumpers (5) are symmetrically attached, connected in its upper part by an upper cover (6), a panel (7) placed between the bumpers (5), the upper cover (6) and the diffuser panel (7) (8), together with a plate with LED diodes placed underneath it and a rear wall closing the illuminator, and the width of the diffuser surface is such that it can accommodate about 12 pieces of standard filter rods and the maximum length of the diffuser is 140 mm, two set screws are placed in the upper cover (6) to press the diffuser (8) to the upper surface of the body (4), which is the base for the diffuser (8), and filter bars and the power connector module is located under the panel (7).
