Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie pomiarowe (10) do pomiaru kształtu powierzchni trójwymiarowej zawierające pierwszy zespół pomiarowy tworzący łańcuch pomiarowy (11) złożony z ogniw pomiarowych (12) mierzących kąty względne pomiędzy osiami podłużnymi (14) kolejnych ogniw łańcucha pomiarowego (11), charakteryzujące się tym, że ogniwa pomiarowe (12) zaopatrzone są w czujniki (20) mierzące kąty względne, które są czujnikami elektronicznymi zaopatrzonymi w przetworniki analogowo-cyfrowe, przy czym poszczególne ogniwa pomiarowe (12) są połączone ze sobą w sposób umożliwiający swobodny obrót połączonych ogniw względem siebie, ponadto czujniki (20) mierzące kąty względne zaopatrzone są w moduły komunikacyjne, przesyłające do kanału komunikacyjnego dane cyfrowe reprezentujące wartości kątów względnych pomiędzy poszczególnymi ogniwami pomiarowymi (12) odebrane z przetworników analogowo-cyfrowych, oraz dane cyfrowe reprezentujące identyfikujące parametry fizyczne ogniwa (12) łańcucha pomiarowego (11).The subject of the application is a measuring device (10) for measuring the shape of a three-dimensional surface containing a first measuring unit forming a measuring chain (11) composed of measuring cells (12) measuring the relative angles between the longitudinal axes (14) of subsequent links of the measuring chain (11), characterized by the following that the measuring cells (12) are equipped with sensors (20) measuring relative angles, which are electronic sensors equipped with analog-to-digital converters, and the individual measuring cells (12) are connected to each other in a way that allows free rotation of the connected cells relative to each other , in addition, sensors (20) measuring relative angles are equipped with communication modules that send to the communication channel digital data representing the values of relative angles between individual measuring cells (12) received from analog-to-digital converters, and digital data representing the identifying physical parameters of the cell (12). measuring chain (11).
