Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kotwa chwytowo-przytwierdzająca do mocowania szyny do podkładu. Kotwa chwytowo-przytwierdzająca w postaci przestrzennej bryły składa się z części chwytającej (1) i części przytwierdzającej (2). Część chwytająca zawiera głowicę (3) o zarysie półkolistym ze specjalnie ukształtowanymi rowkami (4) do osadzenia końców łapki sprężystej. Część przytwierdzająca (2) składa się z odcinka przejściowego (5), który przechodzi w stożkowy filar (6) kotwy. Na filarze (6) kotwy znajdują się trzy półki (7, 8 i 9) rozmieszczone w równych odległościach, pomiędzy nimi znajdują się cztery pionowe żebra (10) rozmieszczone równomiernie na obwodzie filara (6). Półka górna (7) ma obrys koła, półka środkowa (8) jest w obrysie owalnym zbliżonym do koła, a dolna półka (9) posiada obrys owalny. Mniejsza oś obrysu półki górnej (7) jest większa niż mniejsza oś obrysu półki środkowej (8). Zaś mniejsza oś obrysu półki dolnej (9) jest mniejsza niż mniejsza oś obrysu półki środkowej (8). Natomiast większe osie obrysu półki górnej (7), półki środkowej (8) i półki dolnej (9) są podobne. Głowica (3) w górnej części posiada od strony czołowej otwartą wnękę (11) o głębokości połowy długości bocznych rowków (4), natomiast z tyłu głowicy (3) kotwy utworzone jest wybranie o obrysie dużej litery U, a w odcinku przejściowym (5) znajduje się wybranie (13) ograniczone wklęsłymi bokami (14), półką górną (7) i podstawą (15) głowicy (3).The subject of the application is a gripping and fastening anchor for attaching the rail to the sleeper. The gripping and fastening anchor in the form of a three-dimensional solid consists of a gripping part (1) and a fastening part (2). The gripping part contains a head (3) with a semicircular shape with specially shaped grooves (4) for mounting the ends of the elastic grip. The anchoring part (2) consists of a transition section (5) that passes into the conical pillar (6) of the anchor. On the anchor pillar (6) there are three shelves (7, 8 and 9) spaced at equal distances, between them there are four vertical ribs (10) spaced evenly around the circumference of the pillar (6). The upper shelf (7) has a circular outline, the middle shelf (8) has an oval outline similar to a circle, and the lower shelf (9) has an oval outline. The smaller axis of the upper shelf outline (7) is larger than the smaller axis of the middle shelf outline (8). And the smaller axis of the outline of the lower shelf (9) is smaller than the smaller axis of the outline of the middle shelf (8). However, the larger axes of the outline of the upper shelf (7), middle shelf (8) and lower shelf (9) are similar. In the upper part, the head (3) has an open recess (11) on the front side with a depth of half the length of the side grooves (4), while at the back of the head (3) of the anchor there is a recess with the outline of a capital letter U, and in the transition section (5) there is there is a recess (13) limited by the concave sides (14), the upper shelf (7) and the base (15) of the head (3).
