Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania i metalizowania kompozytu polimerowego, w którym termoplastyczny materiał polimerowy, szczególnie w postaci poliwęglanu, poli(tereftalanu etylenu), polilaktydu, poliamidu, polistyrenu lub poli(akrylonitryl-butadien-styren), dozuje się wraz z napełniaczem zawierającym włókna miedzi i proszku cyny w ilości od 10% do 40% obj. do układu uplastyczniającego wytłaczarki (Etap I). Następnie materiał polimerowy i napełniacz przewodzący są uplastyczniane i wzajemnie wymieszane (Etap II), po czym z uplastycznionej mieszaniny formowany jest materiał kompozytowy (Etap III). W ostatnim etapie uformowany materiał kompozytowy jest metalizowany prądowo (Etap IV). Korzystne jest, gdy termoplastycznym materiałem polimerowym jest poli(akrylonitryl-butadien-styren). Włókna miedzi mają opcjonalnie długość od 200 do 1000 µm i średnicę od 10 do 100 µm, natomiast cząsteczki cyny mają średnią wielkość od 10 do 500 µm.
