Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób nanoszenia funkcjonalnych powłok z aerozolu w szczególności wytworzonego z roztworów lub zawiesin materiałów proszkowych o wielkości submikronowej albo nanometrycznej, które znajdują zastosowanie w szeroko pojętej dziedzinie inżynierii materiałowej. Sposób nanoszenia funkcjonalnych powłok aerozolu z fazy ciekłej charakteryzuje się tym, że powierzchnię będącą podłożem poddaje się oczyszczaniu fizykochemicznemu, a następnie obróbce strumieniowo-ściernej, po czym nanosi się warstwę znaną metodą natryskiwania zimnym gazem, przy czym warstwę nanosi się poprzez generowanie aerozolu z roztworu lub zawiesiny o wielkości cząstek od 0,5 do 50 µm i wprowadzenie przy odpowiednim ciśnieniu w zakresie od 0,01 do 1 MPa do strumienia przepływającego przez dyszę de Lavala podgrzanego gazu roboczego, prowadzącego do odparowania fazy ciekłej i bombardowania podłoża zaglomerowanymi cząstkami, zawierającymi submikronowe lub nanometryczne elementy nanoszonego materiału tworzącego warstwę, a temperatura gazu roboczego nie przekracza 80% temperatury topnienia materiału powłoki i nie jest wyższa, niż 1500°C przy jednoczesnym ciśnieniu do 10 MPa, a przyspieszone cząstki uderzają z prędkością od 100 m/s do 1000 m/s w powierzchnię podłoża.
