Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania wielokomorowego zamkniętego elementu konstrukcyjnego, który obejmuje następujące etapy: a) dostarcza się co najmniej jedną preformę profilu komorowego, zawierającą ścianę (3) wewnętrzną i ścianę (4) zewnętrzną, wykonane z arkusza materiału metalowego, rozmieszczone względem siebie w zasadniczo równoległych płaszczyznach z zachowaniem luki pomiędzy sobą, przy czym krawędzie poszczególnych ścian (3, 4) są zbieżne ze sobą, przy czym na co najmniej jednej ścianie (3, 4) rozmieszczony jest wentyl (6); b) uszczelnia się niepołączone krawędzie ścian (3, 4) preformy profilu komorowego za pośrednictwem uszczelnienia (5) dla utworzenia zamkniętej hermetycznej pustej przestrzeni wewnętrznej preformy profilu komorowego zawierającej końcowe krawędzie preformy profilu komorowego; c) łączy się ze sobą końcowe krawędzie co najmniej jednej preformy profilu komorowego, dla utworzenia preformy wielokomorowego zamkniętego elementu konstrukcyjnego, zawierającej komorę (8) środkową otoczoną ścianą (3) wewnętrzną preformy profilu komorowego; d) wprowadza się poprzez wentyl (6) do przestrzeni wewnętrznej co najmniej jednej preformy profilu komorowego płyn pod ciśnieniem dla utworzenia odkształconego profilu komorowego (1). Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również wielokomorowy zamknięty element konstrukcyjny.The subject of the application is a method for producing a multi-chamber closed structural element, which includes the following steps: a) providing at least one preform of a chamber profile, comprising an inner wall (3) and an outer wall (4), made of a sheet of metal material, arranged relative to each other in a substantially parallel planes with a gap between them, with the edges of individual walls (3, 4) coincident with each other, and a valve (6) is arranged on at least one wall (3, 4); b) sealing the unconnected edges of the walls (3, 4) of the cellular profile preform with a seal (5) to form a closed hermetic void inside the cellular profile preform containing the end edges of the cellular profile preform; c) connecting the end edges of at least one chamber profile preform to form a preform of a multi-chamber closed structural element, comprising a central chamber (8) surrounded by an internal wall (3) of the chamber profile preform; d) a fluid under pressure is introduced through the valve (6) into the internal space of at least one preform of the chamber profile to create a deformed chamber profile (1). The subject of the application is also a multi-chamber closed structural element.
