Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania kompozytu na bazie odpadów pochodzenia drzewnego, spełniającego wymagania względem odporności ogniowej i odporności na korozję biologiczną, mający zastosowanie jako materiał izolacyjny do przegród ścian budowlanych. Sposób wytwarzania kompozytu na bazie odpadów pochodzenia drzewnego, drobiny materiału lignocelulozowego pozyskanego z drewna iglastego, polega na tym, że tarcicę, drobiny materiału lignocelulozowego pozyskanego z drewna iglastego struga się na strugarce czterostronnej, a powstałe wióry transportuje się instalacją pneumatyczną do silosu magazynowego, dalej z silosu wióry transportuje się do maszyny sortującej o prędkości obrotów rolek 100 - 130, korzystnie 115 obr./min do uzyskania mieszanki wiórów, po czym przesortowane wióry przesyła się do mieszalnika poziomego w ilości 20 m3/godz. następnie dodaje się mieszaninę cieczy roboczej, którą stanowi mieszanina wody, siarczanu amonu, kwasu borowego w proporcji 35,3 — 41,2 : 1 - 1,53 : 0,29 - 0,41, korzystnie 37,2 : 1,2 : 0,35 w ilości 25 – 35 korzystnie 32 litrów mieszaniny na 1 metr sześcienny wiórów, dalej całość miesza się z prędkością obrotową wału 2 - 5 korzystnie 3 min/m3 do ujednolicenia mieszaniny, a następnie mieszaninę suszy się w temperaturze 45°C - 60°C, korzystnie 55°C w suszarni tunelowej do uzyskania kompozytu o składzie 97% - 98%, korzystnie 98% wiórów drzewnych; 0,8% - 1%, korzystnie 1,5% siarczanu amonu (NH4)2S4; 0,2% - 0,5%, korzystnie 0,5% kwasu borowego H3BO3; i wilgotności w granicach 12% - 15%, korzystnie 12,5%.The subject of the application is a method for producing a composite based on wood waste that meets fire resistance and biological corrosion resistance requirements, for use as an insulating material for building wall partitions. The method for producing a composite based on wood waste, particles of lignocellulosic material obtained from softwood, involves planing sawn timber and particles of lignocellulosic material obtained from softwood on a four-sided planer, and the resulting chips are transported via a pneumatic system to a storage silo. From the silo, the chips are then transported to a sorting machine with a roller speed of 100-130, preferably 115 rpm, to obtain a chip mixture. The sorted chips are then sent to a horizontal mixer at a rate of 20 m3/hour. then a mixture of working liquid is added, which is a mixture of water, ammonium sulfate, boric acid in the proportion of 35.3 - 41.2 : 1 - 1.53 : 0.29 - 0.41, preferably 37.2 : 1.2 : 0.35 in the amount of 25 - 35, preferably 32 liters of the mixture per 1 cubic meter of chips, then the whole is mixed at a shaft rotational speed of 2 - 5, preferably 3 min/m3 until the mixture is uniform, and then the mixture is dried at a temperature of 45°C - 60°C, preferably 55°C in a tunnel dryer to obtain a composite with the composition of 97% - 98%, preferably 98% of wood chips; 0.8% - 1%, preferably 1.5% of ammonium sulfate (NH4)2S4; 0.2% - 0.5%, preferably 0.5% boric acid H3BO3; and humidity in the range of 12% - 15%, preferably 12.5%.
