Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest układ quasiizotermicznego sprężania i rozprężania powietrza, który zawiera zbiornik zasadniczy sprężonego powietrza (1) połączony rurociągiem z zaworem głównym (2) ze zbiornikiem pośrednim (3), który z kolei rurociągiem przez zawór główny zasilania cylindrów (7) połączony jest z zespołem zaworów zasilania cylindrów (4), które połączone są z zaworami dolotowymi zasilającymi cylindry z tłokami (5), których tłoczyska (6) połączone są z zewnętrznymi urządzeniami przetwarzania energii mechanicznej w elektryczną albo inną użytkową albo energii innej niż mechaniczna w mechaniczną, zaś rurociągi, zawory (7), (4), tłoki z cylindrami (5) otoczone są płaszczem cieczowym (8) z przepływem wymuszanym z płaszcza (8) do wymiennika ciepła (20) i z powrotem przez pompę (21), przy czym stosunek średnicy cylindra (4) do skoku tłoka jest nie mniejszy niż 4:1 albo nie większy niż 0,5:1 i jednocześnie średnica cylindra (4) nie przekracza 40 mm.The subject of the application is a quasi-isothermal air compression and expansion system, which comprises a main compressed air tank (1) connected by a pipeline with a main valve (2) to an intermediate tank (3), which in turn is connected by a pipeline through a main cylinder supply valve (7) to a set of cylinder supply valves (4), which are connected to inlet valves supplying cylinders with pistons (5), whose piston rods (6) are connected to external devices for converting mechanical energy into electrical or other usable energy or energy other than mechanical into mechanical energy, and the pipelines, valves (7), (4), pistons with cylinders (5) are surrounded by a liquid jacket (8) with forced flow from the jacket (8) to the heat exchanger (20) and back through the pump (21), wherein the ratio of the cylinder diameter (4) to the piston stroke is not less than 4:1 or not greater than 0.5:1 and at the same time the diameter of the cylinder (4) does not exceed 40 mm.
