Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób chemicznej aktywacji odpadowego, amorficznego żużla pomiedziowego, który przeznaczony jest do zastosowania w kompozytach cementowych i w którym przy użyciu gazów technicznych w zasadowym środowisku wodnym prowadzi się karbonatyzację bezpośrednią amorficznego żużla pomiedziowego, który charakteryzuje się tym, że w proporcji masowej 1:5 miesza się amorficzny żużel pomiedziowy z 0,3 molowym roztworem wodorotlenku sodu, a następnie powyższą mieszaninę w trakcie jej mieszania przepłukuje się podawanym w proporcji w stosunku objętościowym 1:2 azotem oraz dwutlenkiem węgla, przy czym proces przepłukiwania prowadzi się aż do krystalizacji na powierzchni ziaren amorficznego żużla pomiedziowego kryształów aragonitu.The subject of the application is a method of chemical activation of waste amorphous copper slag, which is intended for use in cement composites and in which direct carbonation of amorphous copper slag is carried out using technical gases in an alkaline aqueous environment, which is characterized in that amorphous copper slag is mixed with a 0.3 molar sodium hydroxide solution in a mass ratio of 1:5, and then the above mixture is rinsed during mixing with nitrogen and carbon dioxide supplied in a volume ratio of 1:2, wherein the rinsing process is carried out until aragonite crystals crystallize on the surface of the amorphous copper slag grains.
