Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest konstrukcja symulatora do treningów motorsportowych, mająca postać ruchomej platformy posiadającej 6 stopni swobody z regulowanym punktem osi skrętnej, obejmująca także dolną platformę o określonych wymiarach i parametrach. Konstrukcja symulatora charakteryzuje się tym, że platforma górna (2) symulatora zamocowana jest przesuwnie względem platformy dolnej (1), przy czym platforma górna (2) składa się z ramy, do której zamocowany jest układ wózka napędzanego i układ wózka wleczonego, które zamocowane są szeregowo do ramy w osi wzdłużnej platformy górnej (2), gdzie układ wózka napędzanego platformy górnej (2) składa się wózka napędzanego zamocowanego do ramy poprzez mocowania w taki sposób, że mocowania połączone są ze sobą prowadnicami, a wózek napędzany zamocowany jest do prowadnic poprzez łożyska liniowe, zaś do jednego z mocowań zamocowany jest napęd, który korzystnie stanowi serwomotor, a wózek napędzany połączony jest z napędem za pomocą śruby kulowej i sprzęgła kłowego, natomiast układ wózka wleczonego platformy górnej (2) składa się z wózka wleczonego zamocowanych poprzez łożyska liniowe do prowadnic łączących skrajne mocowania, za pomocą których układ wózka wleczonego jest zamocowany do ramy, zaś platformę dolną (1) stanowi rama, do której zamocowane są dwa układy wózków napędzanych zamocowanych równolegle względem siebie w osiach prostopadłych do osi wzdłużnej platformy dolnej (2), przy czym pierwszy wózek napędzany platformy dolnej (1) połączony jest z napędem, korzystnie serwomotorem, poprzez śrubę kulową i sprzęgło kłowe, gdzie napęd przykręcony jest do jednego z mocowań, zaś mocowania połączone są co najmniej dwoma prowadnicami, do których zamocowany jest pierwszy wózek napędzany poprzez łożyska liniowe, a drugi wózek napędzany platformy dolnej (1) za pomocą łożysk liniowych jest zamocowany przesuwnie do prowadnic łączących mocowania, gdzie do jednego z mocowań przykręcony jest napęd, korzystnie serwomotor, połączony z drugim wózkiem napędzanym za pomocą śruby kulowej i sprzęgła kłowego drugiego wózka napędzanego platformy dolnej (1), przy czym wózek napędzany platformy górnej (2) jest połączony w osi pionowej z pierwszym wózkiem napędzanym platformy dolnej (1) za pomocą łącznika, zaś za pomocą łącznika połączonych jest wózek wleczony platformy górnej (2) z drugim wózkiem napędzanym platformy dolnej (1).
