Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania podłoża bezglebowego do uprawy roślin zawierającego włókna organiczne i/lub organiczne materiały na bazie torfu, charakteryzujący się tym, że obejmuje impregnowanie włókien organicznych lub organicznych materiałów na bazie torfu polegające na nanoszeniu na włókna organiczne i/lub organiczne materiały na bazie torfu wstępnie aktywowanego inicjatorem polimeryzacji rodnikowej izolatu, przy czym izolat stanowi produkt uboczny produkcji płyt pilśniowych i ma następujący skład: i. 50% wag. suchej masy, w skład której wchodzi: 60% wag. cukrów prostych, w tym 27% wag. ksylozy i 33% wag. glukozy, 2% wag. substancji żywicznych stanowiących węglowodory mono i seskwiterpenowe posiadające w strukturze wiązania nienasycone zdolne do polimeryzacji, konkretnie 80% wag. izomerów pinenu i 20% wag. izomerów bisabolenu, 38% wag. związków mineralnych (głównie wodorowęglan sodu) i organicznych rozkładających się w czasie prażenia w analizie wagowej do substancji gazowych i popiołu w ilości 2,3% wag.; ii. 50 % wag wody; przy czym nanoszenie aktywowanego izolatu realizowane jest przez rozpyłowe zwilżanie włókien organicznych i/lub organicznych materiałów na bazie torfu aktywowanym izolatem, a relacja wagowa ilości aktywowanego izolatu do włókien organicznych i/lub organicznych materiałów na bazie torfu wynosi 1:9. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również bezglebowy sposób uprawy roślin z wykorzystaniem tego podłoża.The subject of the application is a method for obtaining a soilless substrate for growing plants containing organic fibers and/or organic peat-based materials, characterized by impregnating the organic fibers or organic peat-based materials by applying them to the organic fibers and/or organic peat-based materials. peat pre-activated with an initiator of radical polymerization of the isolate, the isolate being a by-product of the production of fiberboards and having the following composition: i. 50% by weight. dry matter, which includes: 60% by weight simple sugars, including 27% by weight xylose and 33% wt. glucose, 2% wt. resinous substances consisting of mono and sesquiterpene hydrocarbons having unsaturated bonds in their structure capable of polymerization, specifically 80% by weight. pinene isomers and 20 wt. bisabolene isomers, 38 wt.%. mineral compounds (mainly sodium bicarbonate) and organic compounds decomposing during roasting in a weight analysis to gaseous substances and ash in the amount of 2.3% by weight; ii. 50% water by weight; wherein the application of the activated isolate is carried out by spray wetting organic fibers and/or organic peat-based materials with the activated isolate, and the weight ratio of the amount of activated isolate to organic fibers and/or organic peat-based materials is 1:9. The subject of the application is also a soilless method of growing plants using this substrate.
